Big hotel lobby with an open space gym just beside it. The rooms are located at the far end of the lobby with 1 small lift serving it. The room was small, modern and clean. The room would be comfortable if the heater worked for my room. We had to wear jacket and socks during our sleep. The temperature dropped... More

The resort hotel room was clean and spacious. Ideal for family with children to spend a day or two. Service was above par. Food was fine and portion was appropriate. The walk was fantastic, easy for all ages, and the air was so fresh that I almost wanted to put it in a bottle!

I recently stayed 2 nights there with my birder friends both from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The room is quite spacious and clean with good service. Breakfast is good. Some fruiting trees are fantastic for bird photographing.

The resort has been working very hard to change their image and focus more on environmental education and biodiversity protection. The scenic spots are protected and maintained very well. There is even a free walking tour guide every morning and free introductory astronomy lesson with telescope experience during the weekend! The hotels and cabins are generally nice and clean. Food... Stayed here with family on a company incentive group tour. Hotel is a little dated but rooms are spacious and service is not bad. What really makes this place stand out is the scenic surroundings of the mountains. The shanlinxi national park attractions are all within minutes of the resort via hotel shuttle. There was even activities conducted at night... More

Very nice place to stay and visit to the scenic spot. Clear to see the beautiful star light at night. You may take the shuttle bus (charges apply for free & easy guest) to the scenic spot, some nearby restaurant and convenient shop. Cold during stay at hotel. Advise to take jackets or coat during stay. Heater inside room not... More

Warning, if you are not in a tour group when visiting this place, good luck. It has shuttle buses running between the hotel and the scenic spots. However, if you are not in a tour group, do not bank on talking the last two shuttle buses before sunset (darkness) because tour groups have priority and they are on the same... More

Stayed here for one night as part of a 7 day tour. The hotel is dated and seems soulless it's very quiet and kind of has no heart. The reception area is quite large and as it wasn't busy it seemed too quiet and a bit lifeless. The room was small and quite dated. Unfortunately we were near the lift... More

We stayed for one night. No wifi in room, just OK breakfast, room size is good, very firm bed, washroom is below average, but location is very good. Will not stay there again. Rate this hotel for three stars is the best I can. People will tell you that you cannot expect too much because the hotel is in a... More
