I must say that was the worst stay I have booked ever. The place looks like it will fall apart, it is run by 3 gentlemen who don't take hospitality business seriously. First, they said internet does not work because they forgot to pay the bill the day before and now the shop is closed - hard to believe. Then they give us room but without a remote for A/C and when I asked why we cannot turn it ON they smiled to each other and come with another excuse, that there was a couple using it a day before and now we cannot use it for some reason, and that they just called the service. Of course, later no one came to fix it. Then they said that the serviceman has a holiday and proposed to give us another fan. I said we paid for A/C, internet and we need the A/C. Then they offered to give us another room with A/C the next day but proposed to lower the price. There was no hot water in any of the 2 rooms and rooms look in very bad shape. One of the gentlemen later said something about canceling our reservation and as there was no internet he said he will come back later. When I woke up in their bed the next day I received Cancellation for no-show from Booking.com. There was also a policeman filing a report the whole morning. We left as we did not feel welcome and secure.

Went here with friends and didn't enjoy it. The room is not that clean, the mosquito net has full of dust. There are mosquitoes everywhere and even a cockroaches! Staffs were quite drunk when we arrived there and we are all ladies! (+) Its a beach front resort. / The location is quite good. Its only 10mins walk away from the Bus station.

The hotel has a perfect location at the beach. But the water is brown and not so appealing to swim in. You even get sand in the breakfast omelette served fresh from the kitchen. No other meals were possible to eat here since the restaurant/bar(?) was closed during our visit. The room had a mouldy smell, even though it's well ventilated through a big hole in the wall. The smell didn't find it's way out but all the mosquitos found it's way in. The description of the room and the hotel didn't match the reality on so many points. Can't belive all the good reviews. The staff is trying their best, but this place really need much more paint, cleaning and renovation to sparkle. It's really worn down, broken furnitures and dirty. Go somewhere else if you want a nice and relaxing vacation!

+ 1) That hotel have very good logistic location. 5-8 min to bus station and a market. 2) They have fantastic hotel territory with palm trees and hammocks. 3) You will hear the sound of the ocean while you sleep. - 1) Slightly shabby rooms. 2) Very high rates for the tuk-tuk trips from the hotel reception. For example 2000 Rp for the Mulkirigala trip from hotel and 1000 Rp same trip from the street...

It's a Nice room at the beach, you Will hear the sounds of the waves when you wake up :-) You can easily walk it from the busstation! It's in the beach and 5 minutes from the city center. The hotel itself has a pretty down atmosphere. It's dark and not cosy. One of the guys working there was more busy with his phone (constantly) than helping me, but another Guy wás very helpfull. The room is ok, with carpet in the Floor...hmm... I think there are nicer places to stay along the road. The WiFi didn't work that Well.
