We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and we are really happy it's just for 1 night... When we arrived the imposant lobby gave the impression of a great hotel.. What a disaster when they brought us to our room.. The furniture (bed) is a bit restyled but the bathroom... I can't believe people rate this place with 3/4... More

The people here was really nice and helpful. They assisted us planning and executing the next leg of the trip to Udawalawa. We only stayed one night and managed to walk around the beach watching the amazing waves as well as spend time around the pool area which was really nice.

We didn't stay here but used the pool on several occasions. The kids loved it and we could relax and know that they were having fun as it is hard to swim in the sea this time of year. For only 600rp for adults.

We've had a lovely, relaxed stay here. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are incredibly helpful and friendly and speak fantastic English. The room was immaculate and the bed really comfy! We ate in both the restaurant near the pool and the beach restaurant and loved the food. Very good value and the portions were plentiful. The curry... More

What a lovely haven. Superb place to stop on our trip and walk by the Indian ocean - a wander across the lagoon bridge. Our room was clean and in the older part of the hotel who h recently been redone. The service in the restaurant was great. They have a happy hour between 5 - 6pm and specials on... More

I stayed at this resort for two days and did not feel like venturing out as it was perfectly located and had all the facilities for a family vacation. The canoe ride in the lagoon is worth experiencing and you can be in the lap of nature surrounded by greenery. We were lucky to have the water scooter ride also... More

We stayed in rooms on the top floor of the main building. Wonderful views over the sea and local surroundings. Staff, service and food fine. Water jet to whizz around in the lagoon if that's your thing. My niggle: nice large clean blue pool closes from 7.30 pm "because chemicals are put in" - as in so many run-of-the-mill unimaginative... We came to Tangalle towards the end of our hectic trip for a bit of down time and relaxation. We weren't disappointed the resort is in an ideal location next to the lagoon and a short walk to the beach. We stayed in a cabana which was located in a shady area close to the lagoon. I don't think the... More

It's pretty huge, tucked away inside the marsh lands off the highway. Very well maintained lawns. The pool was closed for unscheduled maintenance and we were so disappointed cause we changed into our swimming costumes and were looking forward to a dip in the pool on a hot summer day. No one was around to explain why? We stayed in... More
