Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed ! The service is stellar and the facilities are to deem for ... the price is quite high for Sri Lanka standard but to be honest it is worth every single penny. Each room get assigned a battler who accompanies and helps you in anything g you do it want. Visse stayed with us for 2 days and he was the nocest person we have ever met !

A very impressive hotel / resort. The rooms are individual villas across the estate with the hotel proper in the middle alongside the lake and infinity swimming pool. Our butler Lalith was more than helpful and he and the other team members were professional helpful and tried very hard. Great sustainability initiatives. Some areas are looking a little tired but I'm sure the weather conditions don't help

We had a marvelous stay in Vil Uyana in a beautiful villa in the nature. The Forest Dwelling villa is really the best (if also the most expensive) choice as you have a really large pool with enough shaded places to stay outside even when the sun was really hot. Also it had two floors, with the lower floor essentially being a private spa - calling it a bathroom would have been ridiculous. Our private butler Salman took really good care of us, fulfilling all our wishes including a really romantic tree house dinner. Jetwing Vil Uyana is really a beautiful resort, also modern and stylish. Highly recommended for a stay in Sigiriya and we will surely come back.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The setting was so peaceful, the room was beautiful and the service was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they could not have been more helpful. We also ate there all 3 nights and the food was excellent every night. They kindly made us a honeymoon cake, and it was my Husbands Birthday the day we checked out and they also made him a lovely cake, which we took away with us. Special thanks to our butler Ravi, who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed, and to Suranga who kept our room spotless and decorated the room as a surprise for my Husbands birthday. We felt very spoilt and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back one day.…

Spent 3 nights here. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly as well as professional. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. Food was amazing We even managed to see the elusive Grey Slender Loris on an evening walk

Vil Uyana just isn’t what it used to be. We opted for a water villa this time but were assigned a villa with the water view completely blocked with reeds that it was more of a marsh more than water. Spent about 2 hours trying to find the perfect villa as we were not keen on staying at the room assigned to us and finally they managed to give us an actual “water villa” after about 2 hours of going up and down in the buggy in the rain. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was normal. Staff is very helpful and friendly. However I feel that for the TG they are catering to, a more personalized service is needed with better coordination among staff. What stunning hotel in a beautiful location.. my family and I are very much enjoyed our visit to jetwing Vil Uyana.. Fantastic And very unique setup. We stayed at Jetwing Viluyana for 03 nights. Wonderful stay with Butler Ruwan. Overall stay was superb the thing is A lady short & chubby was in restaurant (Wearing glasses) asking an unnecessary things (even our personal things) at our dinner time, it's really disappointed !! 03 Nights we had a bad experience with that lady & it's disturbed for enjoying our Dinner time. It's not good talk to guest around an hour during the dinner time. Actually she is following the guest. 03 nights we couldn't enjoy dinner in proper way. Any way food was superb & enough portion for the set menu. Other staff friendly and very helpful. Thanks to our personal Butler Ruwan for his great service. Back to Vil Uyana in next year.

A lovely place to stay! The nature, the silence, and the service. Thushara, did a very good job! He was very polite and knows at all time what's necessary for us. Thank you very much for everything.
