We stayed two nights in this homestay a week ago. It was a decent and authentic Sri Lankan homestay accomodation. The owne are really very accomodating, help you with any tours you want plus they made good sri lankan food. The location was so silent in the evening with sound of crickets and different insects and birds was your music in the night.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during a month trip to Sri Lanka. We were unusre what to expect but we were welcomed so warmly by Rathnasiri and his whole family. The room is clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden to relax in. The host catered to all of our needs, taking us anywhere in his tuk tuk, helping us work out how to get the bus to Kandy and telling us where to go in Sigirya. The food was the best food we ate our whole time in Sri Lanka. We felt as though we were getting the mkst authentic food possible, also massive portions so you won't be left hungry. I could not reccomend this place more. The host has a beautiful home and family. Thank you so much for you unforgettable stay.

We had such a lovely stay and that was all thanks to the family, they were so kind, welcoming and helpful! The host will help you to arrange anything and will give you lifts with his tuk tuk. And his wife will make a great breakfast and dinner, be prepared to eat a lot! Also, the place is in such a nice setting even with views of Sigiriya rock and it’s very close to a gorgeous lake which you can take a dip in to cool off! Amazing value, I would recommend this place to anyone

This place is unique! We stayed there for two nights and the host (just cant spell his name) made everything perfect for us. The facilities are very basic but it feels all so original. There is a little garden around the homestay and the family lives just right next to it. Everything is so clean! You can see lots of animals (including monkeys) around the homestay and it is all very green. We arrived there and he even wanted to give us his privat motorbike for free. He showed us a nice little lake next to the house and explained everything about the surrounding area (animals etc). The time we stayed there he took us several times for free with his tuk-tuk (to the rook for a small amount). The dishes (breakfast/dinner) he made for us were delicious and very authentic. If you look for a personal place where a local family take care with all their passion and heart this is the perfect place!
