Super location, very central, but still quiet at night. Very friendly, accommodating staff. The Japanese restaurant was a surprise but the bento box was a very good meal. Rooms well appointed and we were happy to be able to open the windows, for sleeping without a/c. Kudos to the Rad for well trained staff and for having eliminated the horrible plastic bottles!

Nice hotel. Tired in areas and breakfast was a little on the light side. Staff are amazing and very attentive. Location is good. Hotel is dry but buy from the booze shops. No pool but there is a gym and spa which we didn't try. We didn't try the restaurant in the evening but do recommend Queens buffet and great vibe bar.

The Radh is a very modern, pretty hotel literally a stones throw from the Temple of the Tooth. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. There were few (maybe small) things that I think let it down. We had to specifically ask for the toilet roll to be replaced, and there was a room service food bowl (not quite finished) left outside our neighbours room for 36 hours not collected. We were quite close to the lift, and we could hear this operating late at night and from 6am Not the Radh's fault, but there is also construction nearby, and this started around 6am and was quite noisy - although they didn't seem to work on Saturday or Sunday.

Average hotel. Awful check in process. I entered the hotel at the same time as a western woman and the staff assumed we were together. Despite me saying we weren’t I had to endure waiting so we could get our passports copied together, being questioned about why my booking was for one person but there were two of us etc. It took a full 10 minutes to get a receipt and then it was full of errors. Rooms are ok, but small. Breakfast was average. Location is very good. Wouldn’t stay there again

This hotel is superb in every way! Perfectly located, excellent food, well appointed new rooms, but most of all the staff. Unfortunately, I took ill while staying at the hotel. The night manager was a hero, Ikram personally drove me to hospital and waited while I was admitted. On my return the entire wonderful staff took great care. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff very attentive and hotel had a quality feel. Bed super comfortable with modern bathroom. All great. What stopped this being a 5 rating from our perspective? Noisy through bedroom walls, thought we could smell cigarette smoke in bedroom from neighbours room?, but biggest disappointment in this age was breakfast food hygiene- you must cover the fruit and breads to protect from people germs and insects. Particularly since all breads were in foyer for those exiting hotel and not even having breakfast. Easy to fix!

This is a luxurious little hotel in a quiet street close to all the main tourist attractions. We loved our suite with a spa on the balcony and view over Kandy to the hills. The staff were gracious and very obliging and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this as a classy place to stay.

Excellent stay here with great breakfast. Service was amazing, location fantastic. Just a short walk to the main tourist attractions. Just one downside: bathroom was very small, could not stand with two people in it. Otherwise easy to recommend!

I cannot give this hotel a good review knowing how you treat your employees. We stayed here for one night during a trip around Sri Lanka and requested driver accommodation, which is typical of tourist hotels. We learned from our driver that he was put into staff accommodation across the street which was infested with rats. This is completely unacceptable and gave us a terrible impression of your hotel. Had we known our driver was going to be subjected to this, we would have booked a different hotel where employees are treated with dignity and respect.

A fantastic small hotel right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of beautiful Kandy. Less than a 100m to the Temple of the Tooth and Lake Kandy. Quiet and well presented rooms. Delicious breakfast (including fresh made egg hoppers). And excellent Illy coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy we chose to stay here. Special shout out to Ifran the duty manager who, beyond great general service, did his best over the following few days to arrange for delivery of my electric toothbrush to a later hotel.
