I've stayed in this hotel on two occasions. Our room was notably nicer the second stay, with a modern bathroom and updated interior. The room size is larger than average, though it is a bit far from the city center. Perfect for those wanting a quiet place for a good night's sleep. I found the beds to be very comfortable,...

The hotel is situated about 2miles away from downtown Gwanju, which is about 5000 won in a taxi. The rooms are quite spacious, ours had a double and a single bed, the beds were extremely hard, there is plenty of storage space. The bathroom was decent and clean. The room was starting to show signs of wear. The internet was...

The service we got when we arrived was par to none...they treated us like royalty ...we had supper in their steak restaurant and it was delicious ...the bed was a little uncomfortable ...I didn't mind it but my honey did...the view was spectacular ....bring on the rest of the day !!!

Was in town for a wedding, stayed at this hotel as all the other more central hotels were full. We had a traditional room, where we slept on futons on heated floor. The hotel as a whole felt old and tired. And the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The staff were, on the other hand, a...

Do not spend the $200-$300 "full price" - there are plenty of websites offering rooms for about 70,000 won per night. And if you are expecting a $60/night experience rather than a $250/night experience, you may be satisified. The facility and the rooms are clearly showing their age, and (surprisingly for a hotel that tries to cater to tourists) none...

This hotel is okay, it's a bit on the old side but it is in a nice spot, on a hillside overlooking the city. I stayed in a deluxe twin and while the bathroom suite was old and the room was a bit tired (scuff marks, general wear and tear etc) it was just about okay, much better value and...

Stayed there for 7 nights. Booked it through Priceline and got a confirmation via email. When we got there, they were not expecting us. Surprise! The area is nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet was alright. Rug was dirty. Bed had hair on it. My bathroom sink backed up. No english speaking channels on TV. Would only recommend it because there...

I've been there for one night with my partner for family reasons. We had no other choice but to stay in Gwangju for a night, so we chose that hotel. We had been at an awful Motel the night before, so we really needed somewhere more comfortable to settle down. We chose it because of the good comments of this...
