Very nice new hotel based near the center. The view is beautiful. People working there are nice and friendly. The spa is beautiful, maybe just missing a jaccuzi. Concerning the breakfast and dinner, it is a self served buffet if there is at least 10 host. Food is various and good. Only point to increase : wifi is not working well.

I spent three wonderful days there. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is in center of Zlatibor. Servise was also realy great. Free Wifi(great signal,which is very important for me) Hotel's place is the best of all, it is realy qiuet, but near centre. I recommend it to everyone.

We spent a three-day weekend at Iris for the sexond time in a year - caught it just before the coronavirus madness, so the second time it was emptyish. The place has very decent, somewhat compact rooms and is very clean throughout. The breakfast buffet is really excellent, abundant and quickly replenished. The restaurant area would be more comfortable if it would lose around five tables. Similar with the lobby, where smoking is allowed, for better or for worse. There is a spa/pool. As clean as the rest of the hotel, with a friendly staff that hands you whatever you need. Poolside is a sauna and a salt room (whatever that is - we stuck to the sauna/pool combo). The town center is less than 10 minutes away on foot - but, with too much construction eating away at the forest and the sky and usually overcrowded, it has lost all the charm it once possessed. Much better: take a long ride along mostly deserted roads and sample the nature, tradition and the local food. Plenty of info and tips available online and in the tourist bureau.

This was our second stay at the Iris as it is our first choice in Zlatibor. Out suite was superb with great views and the reception staff and those working in the restaurant and pool/gym are all professional and really super. The food at breakfast is very good and well prepared and the service excellent. Parking is easy and the hotel's location makes it easy to get in and out of Zlatibor for day trips to the surrounding area's numerous amazing sights. The hotel bar is also nice and relaxed if you fancy a beer, wine, or raki at the end of the evening. 5 stars!!

We were given a very pleasant suite which consisted of two bedrooms a sitting room and an ensuite shower room at this hotel so what’s not to like? Especially as the staff were charming and there was a lovely swimming pool in the basement. However breakfast did not start till 8am and there was barely any fruit to go with cereals but lots of pasta! Room Service was apparently only for drinks not for food. Also the restaurant was very near the bar where SMOKING was being done.

This hotel has everything that you expect from a decent hotel, Temperature controlled pool, Spa, good spread of buffet breakfast, great sized rooms. You can take a short walk to nearby plateau to enjoy breathtaking views of valley.

We stayed in hotel with a two young kids less than 6 Y, the booking was directly to hotel with HB arranged, triple bed apartment in two bedrooms, free parking, everything was as agreed. In general hotel is very nice and clean with a good service and very polite staff especially in restaurant. The food was very good, both breakfast and diner with a lot of variety and you'll for sure find something for you. Prices in restaurant for lunch are regular and affordable with a big portions, i.e. main dish RSD 400, grill RSD 1000, salads RSD 250... SPA is nice as per hotel pictures. In general hotel is good on a nice location near to lake, app. 250 m. What is missing is kinder playground which is under construction at this moment. If you do not looking super luxurious hotel this one would fit for you for sure. Just to mention, even the hotel is furnished very nice with a still new furniture its visible that the furniture is not to quality, by my opinion it's fully equipped by Chinese suppliers. To be clear, this is not a remark that something was not good, just my observation. The impression after vacation was very good and hotel itself and service in it contribute to it for sure, we would again visit and stay in hotel.

Room was nice, stuff is more than friendly, they just do everything to make you happy. Spa is perfect. Food was good with regulary prices but no diversity, every day same offer. And big negative point sound insulation. It was very loudly until midnight. But as compensation you get very good mttresses.

My family visited restaurant of hotel Iris and were really dissapointed both with the service and staff behaviour. We ordered barbecue for two persons and they served us left overs. Not to mention that portion was hardly enough for one person, female I guess. Price is regular, like you are sitting in a restaurant in the center of Belgrade. We were directed here by staff in garni Hotel Mons where we stayed.
