Lobby is spacious and luxurious. Reception staff is great! Dinner is very 3* rate, not a 5* hotel, same as breakfast. Hotel spa is nothing special, sauna area is very nice. No outdoor swimming pool. We got room in sky part of hotel, modern design without caffe machine, just kettle. Bathroom supplies like shower gel etc in 5* hotel can’t be so basic, no name (want use word cheap). Bed is very soft for our taste. Terase is very nice, but not enough staff. Also in 5* hotel, tea just in glass cup, without tea pot is unacceptable. 5* hotel if you like marble and travertino, but if you search for 5* service - sorry but not this hotel! Big plus for reception desk!

We came here for new year and wrote a review that it was a nightmare. Well we came back and to be fair had to do so again. We rang the hotel and checked if it was still packed with kids, at new year it was a nightmare as we are past the age of tolerating screaming children and were assured the coast was clear. Indeed it is, one or two rug rats but not so much as new year. We did not like the view from the first room we took as it overlooked the trash so they kindly moved us to a room with a small terrace. As the hotel is quieter the staff are less pressured and we cannot say thank you enough for their kindness and willingness to help. Proper covid measures are in place although a lot of guests are not wearing masks inside however we do and it’s their choice to take the risk. The staff are all wearing masks, some serving food are also wearing visors. The buffet is now served by a member of staff, you just tell them what you want and they plate it for you, which also helps portion control so no more piled high plates being left half consumed by people with eyes bigger than their stomachs. Goran in the rotating restaurant, we got a 20% discount there for booking the 6 day package, is excellent and after the second day knows us, which is always nice. We don’t take dinner so lunch is there. The spa does massage so Rada is happy and so am I as in the morning the pool is empty. We now have a place in Zlatiborski and will ring ahead again next time we want to come to check the coast is clear. We used to go to Cigota for the health programmes to lose a few kg and if this place offered the same sort of package during the week it would be perfect.

First of all - hotel design is awful, and we knew that before coming but that is the least of a problem. Rooms leave the impression of old furniture, like a 3 star hotel, including the bathroom that is poorly built which leaves the impression of untidiness. Food is the worst thing in this hotel, especially when you expect at least 4 star menu. For example, the is not even some basic food like french fries or basic rice or bolognese (that our kids eat), food is extremely traditional - lots of greasy meat, and everything is extremely greasy and looks unhealthy. You would expect to have in a 5 stat hotel some special food for people with health problems (eg. no sugar jam for diabetes). Also the food is not properly marked so you have to ask the waiter about ingredients especially when local food is in place. Spa and wellness is the only 5 star thing in the hotel HOWEVER we were expecting our kids to be in the kids zone (with water slides that we saw on photos) but the kids zone is: extremely loud and scary because there are too many things that splash, combining with the overall dark environment (only one window in the kids zone), so our kids did not want to go in there and we also noticed that this zone is always empty so we believe other kids feel so too. We will never come back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Waited with family 45min to get check in after the chek in time. After that waited for 15minutes more just to find someone to help me with the bags. Walley guys were not to find. Wecame to the room and what to find there. No curtains on the windows only shadow curtains so when 6am came we woke up as we are about to work 1st shift. We had strange small windows and even more stranger one pair of windows did not had a safety guard so our kids could easily jumpof the 3rd floor or anyone else who wanted to and killed themselves. Ok we thought thats it now we are going to enjoy our 3night stay. We found that we could not take a shower later that night or any other night for the fact because water preassure was to weak even to wash your hands. But alright we thought again maybe its only one day but we were wrong. Besides that our heater in the bathroom was not working at all. Whem we called the reception desk they sent us worker to fix it.He said he need to have 30min for this so we told him to come in an hour so we can get ready and go to the dinner. We are on our 3rd day stay and he still did not come to us 🤣 2nd day I went to recepcionist and told him we need to have a guy fix the heater because its cold, we need some to make our room and give us new towels. We are still waiting for those on our final day to stay in this 5star hotel. Besides this, waiter in the caffe or reastaurant its a 1hr waiting list or you can goyour self on the bar order it for the whole family and then bring it yourself to the table. In the batroom besides no water and no fresh towels if you wanted to take a shower and hang the shower head you would be looking at the broken parts. After several complains ti the front desk amd staff peiple we did not comw to the answers or solutions. They said you have to talk to the manager who was nowhere to find. And we were not the only one complaining about this stuff. I find this very upsetting for a 5 star hotelthat is rated so high. This kind of things it seems ok for the 2star hotel. After all of this no one even said we are sorry or we will try to make this up for you by giving you something back but no. No one cared about the costumers.I never thought I would need to write this kind of things especially when we visit 5 star hotel but I guess I was wrong. They made our stay unpleasent and terrible. We will never come back here again and will spreed the word about it. Only good thing we found a great and huge place for kids inside a hotel to play and have fun and food was really really good. But these 2 things were not enough to rate this hotel better or to make up for the errors they had. I have video for everyone of the things I mentioned here so I can submit and people can see thatIam not just one of those people that dont like anything.

I was in this hotel twice last month. It is the most beautiful hotel in Serbia by far. The hotel facilities are lovely, and everything is decorated with a lot of attention to details. The wellness center and the pools are great, super clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are lovely, very modern, but definitely furnished for couples, rather than families or business associates (bathroom walls are all in glass).
The hotel staff is very polite and professional.
The weakest point is the restaurant. The food is out of reach, because of covid measures. Guests can only guess what it is offered on specific tables for breakfast, deserts, and appetizers. The table with little samples of food that should help guests choose what they want to eat looks uninviting at the very least. There is no great variety of food offered and it is mostly cold. All in all, the meals are way below the quality you’d expect in this kind of hotel.
The hotel doesn’t have a sufficient number of parking spaces for all hotel guests, so it is impossible to park on the hotel parking lot on weekends.
All in all, with minor improvements, this could be a little heaven on Zlatibor.

First of all the hotel was really crowded and this could be partly a reason for bad things we experienced. Also have to emphasize that the personnel was really kind and helpful. The issue it seems comes from a level above. At arrival there were only 3 elevators available. Standing with a little kind in the front of it for 10 minutes or more is not really feasible. The heating in our room was broken and even though we asked for help and they told us that someone will come to check it, no one appeared the first night. Next day we had to call again, but this time finally someone, a technician appeared but did not fix the issue. We had to call third time too, and they tried to fix it with a heater. See the image. Again with a little kind in the room, heater is a really poor choice. Also I don't know how they expected us to dry our wet things after using the spa? After another call they finally decided to change the room. We have never experienced this kind of issue in a 4 stars hotel. In the second room the heating was good. The internet connection was interrupted every several minutes but I simple did want to go through whole thing again so I just used my cellphones internet for the business meetings I had. We spent 5 nights in the second room, sheets were never changed and once we had to call ask where could we or if someone could empty the trash can. Otherwise as I mentioned the personnel is really kind. Rooms are really nice with a contemporary bathroom part. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Nice spa area. The hotel is really nice. And if you get a room in the south part of the hotel, you can enjoy an amazing landscape view.

Hotel is very big. Everything is big there. But room was fantastic. Huge and with high level of quality of all furniture. Lunch, breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Very high level of staff help. Bar and restaurant do not work so long on the evening, but maybe is that because of Covid situation. You can leave your room after 10:00 and in room is coffee and tea for free of charge using. Fantastic hotel with fantastic accommodation.

Was there for a short family vacation with two small kids. Not the first time for my family. Hotel is honestly far away from 5 star service since they have to practice it more, but what I found very useful was management which is ready to listen and shift your experience from a negative to a positive one! Marko (FO Manager) is a great guy who although we had some issues managed to make us forget it and really did that extra mile in order for us to feel more welcomed. Wellness and pools are just perfect for kids as well so we had a nice time. Massage given by Draga was just amazing 🤩 Keep up the good job! 👏🏼 The older lady on the buffet breakfast and dinner was also exceptional. She would always make a personal contact with the kids but didn’t wore a name tag since she is a trainee. Outlets staff need to be more trained and professional. All in all place to definitely come back since location and the property is nice, but the service still need some improvement.

At first we wanted to cancel our arrival due to the emergency state in belgrade.
As I explained to your reservation control.
We wanted to stay in belgrade due to our stress that maybe belgrade will close the city gates and we couldn't enter our home.
The reservation control told me she cant get the manager on the phone and that we will need to pay for the full night even if we wont come.
So we did came, a drive of 4 hours.
We got to the hotel and got our room. A junior suite , without a balcony.
We took this room type ONLY because of the balcony and the view we saw in the pictures.
When I called the reception ,they told me that junior suite has no balcony!
I didnt accept it, and after she "double checked" there was indeed a balcony.
We got move from a room on the 2 floor with no balcony to a room in 1 floor with a balcony and a view of a roof top!
And the ceiling of the balcony was black and pilling.
Again this was not acceptable to our standards, with more disappointment to the value for money.
We moved again!
To a "superior room" a room which is the same room like a junior suite but only cost more money.
We took the room because after the long drive and unknowingly this area of the country.
There were no hot water at all,
So even the divine shower we wanted to take after the long drive was not obtainable.
Once we wanted to use the TV(a smart tv)
We couldn't access Netflix, the reception told us we cant use it!
I don't believe much time was invested in cleaning the room , we found a wallet of previous guest with all his ID's.
Now,
For the bottom line.
What is the point of driving 4 hours and pay 220 EUR for:
1.no hot water.
2.no full function tv as it should.
3.no feeling of a clean room.
4.seeing something in the picture and getting something totally different.
5.not getting what you told you will get.
Honestly,
I feel like I got ripped off with over priced to getting really something which is not suitable AT ALL!
In all Europe and USA we are taking suites and we are getting a SUITE.
And in this hotel we feel like we just came 4 hours for nothing worth remembering.
I sent an email to the hotel, but they never answered. and I sent the email to office@hoteltornik.rs you would think they will reply BUT they didnt.
