We have spent two nights at the hotel as part of our "Surprise Bus" trip in eastern Vojvodina for New Year Holiday. The hotel is excellently situated with big perking area. Recently refurbished, the hotel is clean and very well functioning. The rooms are moderate in size, with rather spartan furniture. Bed was so-so, but the room was clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant for New Year's party was excellent. The staff was kind and very friendly.

This hotel is usefully located in the centre of Vrsac, close to bars, shops, restaurants and lively plazas. Our room, on the fifth of seven floors, was pretty small, but did afford us lovely views over the town and beyond. There was very little space for two guests to move around in. The room was kept clean and was equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, a safe, minibar etc. The walls and window did a poor job of keeping out the sounds from neighbouring rooms, corridors and the street below. As we’ve found in other hotels in this country at this time of year, the heating is on (high) whether you like it or not. There is no room thermostat or valves on the radiators. The only way to control the temperature, as advised by the staff, is to open the window or turn on the air…

Not many hotels to chose from in this town but this is not that bad. The room was ok clean and breakfast acceptable. Good location and nice staff. Had no food in restaurant except breakfast so I can not say something about this.parking 5 euro so this is a minus but they only have like 5 parking space in front of the hotel so...

Reasonable hotel. Nice rooms great staff. The restaurant is good well priced. Free WIFI and even have a computers availible if you need. Nice atmosphere at the bar friendly people great view on the top floor across all of Serbia.

If it wasn't for the kids running up and down the stairs and playing around the elevators then the trip would had been much better. Kids is going to be kids I guess. The front desk staff were very generous and spoke very good English. I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony... Very peaceful and quiet. The room were a little smaller than I expected even for just one person but it might just be the standard size in some places in Europe. Also a plus, downstairs next to the lobby there is a bar to relax and have drinks with friends and my favorite is the ice cream place.

Right in the center of town, modern comforts and quiet so no complaints. No charm but good rooms and modern baths. Good elevators. Nice view from the room because no close by other buildings. Good front desk English. Big restaurant area for breakfast included in rate. As in most parts in Serbia where we were, very reasonable prices. Clean and neat accommodations..

Spaniards keep this hotel in the hotel chain. only complaint about the hotel is the poor coverage of wireless internet, I was not able to enter! the rooms are beautiful, spacious, the bathroom is also very nice. great choice of food for breakfast. the hotel has a private parking. for all to see that just renovated. all in all, a solid 4 stars, in my opinion!

For American travelers, this hotel will be a disappointment. The rooms are quite small and have basic amenities. My sister and I shared a room and we could barely move around once our luggage and items were in the room. The bathroom was very small and didn't even have a fan/exhaust. The bed was comfortable enough but it was very noisy. We had a group of young basketball players there during our stay and that caused a bit of noise. The breakfast was decent. A continental plus buffet with cold cuts, pastries, eggs and salads. Coffee was available via a self serve small coffee machine. Due to limited options, we chose this hotel to be near the areas we would be visiting so for that purpose it was suitable.

A nice place to stay for a couple of days, well situated in the center of vrsac, you can go by walk to visit all the interesting places, the pedestrian street, shopping stores, coffee shop, restaurants, park, millennium sports center. The staff is very helpfull, the food at the restaurant is too delicious, the rooms are clean,not very spacious but ok, with all accomodation, a.c, tv, wifi, fridge, towels,..etc.
