our reservation at another site was unavailable so we needed a two-night accomodation in an emergency. we walked in and took a room for two nights. the hotel was almost fully booked, but an effort was taken to re-arrange reservations so we could stay in the same room both nights. the hotel is in the city center, about 200 metres from the main square. ideally situated to use as the center of sight-seeing, even going back to your room for a shower. the room is ok, the bed is big and comfortable, air-condition and wifi is working well. the hotel is a renoveted, refurbished building of the 70s-80s, nothing exciting architecturally, but serves the purpose very well. and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient, speak english very well. strongly recommended when

We have spent two nights at the hotel as part of our "Surprise Bus" trip in eastern Vojvodina for New Year Holiday. The hotel is excellently situated with big perking area. Recently refurbished, the hotel is clean and very well functioning. The rooms are moderate in size, with rather spartan furniture. Bed was so-so, but the room was clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant for New Year's party was excellent. The staff was kind and very friendly.

This hotel is usefully located in the centre of Vrsac, close to bars, shops, restaurants and lively plazas. Our room, on the fifth of seven floors, was pretty small, but did afford us lovely views over the town and beyond. There was very little space for two guests to move around in. The room was kept clean and was equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, a safe, minibar etc. The walls and window did a poor job of keeping out the sounds from neighbouring rooms, corridors and the street below. As we’ve found in other hotels in this country at this time of year, the heating is on (high) whether you like it or not. There is no room thermostat or valves on the radiators. The only way to control the temperature, as advised by the staff, is to open the window or turn on the air

Dear Sir, Thank you for your response. We believe it will be useful for our further guests, as just as for management who needs to "explore" wise advising for the energy efficiency in the rooms. Thanks a lot on your detailed review. Although you had discomfort with loudness around you we hope you enjoyed staying in our hotel and hopefully we will host you again!
