Fantastic hotel, excellent service, more than friendly staff. Clean, tidy. High standard spa and pools, towels, bathrobes, slippers provided. The rooms have everything you need, special wishes are fulfilled by the staff at the reception. Absolutely everything as written on the website in the description of the hotel. The food is varied, from vegetarian to local specialties, buffet service for lunch and dinner. There is parking, which is charged additionally per day.

Pool is very nice with heated water. Food at the restaurant buffet is very good. There are things that should be fixed mostly in room, that looks average with some furniture falling apart. Our apartment did not have any paintings on the walls in both rooms, only dull gray walls, also no work desk with chair, as presented on the apartment images on web site. Coffee and tee that you make yourself at the machine in the room is not complementary, not even the first few capsules, as it should be. Some mosaic tiles fall off at the pool. There were no staff at the pool, because some staff had their vacation off time during our stay, as they explained, so you have to go inside to pool caffe and bring your drinks, but they also did not have some drinks from the menu, and also no food there to order. Some of the staff does not really know how to make coffee properly. This is currently not a 5 stars hotel expirience, but it have a good potential with nice pool, so it should be renovated and generally kept in better condition, also it should have enough staff even when some are away for vacations, and they all should know how to make all types of coffee, and how to do it properly. We generally had a nice time there because of the heated pool, and good food, so I can still recommended it because of that.…

The room was clean, had enough space for everything that we brought along. We were with our two kids (7,5 year old and 2,5 year old) and were very pleased with the day care for kids which gave us time for me and my spouse to visit the pool, SPA or relax in the room. The staff was very polite from the beginning to the end, which made us feel comfortable. The food at the buffet was diverse and delicious. As this was my 2nd time at the hotel, I predict a 3rd time in near future :)

Tonanti is a must-visit if you’re going to Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia’s most popular spa city! It’s really exquisite! Staff us ultra-pilote, the oool is mesmerizing lu beautiful and the food is jnprecedented! I travelled with my family for a weekend trip to this 5 star hotel. However, this time it was much less pleasant as at start we did not have a parking at the hotel place but were forced to park about 300 meters up the hill. Food and spa were pretty good. What really disappointed me was that they made us pay for the coffee that we alone prepared in the room on the coffee machine that was on the table. Also the price was as we were served in a nice bar in Vrnjačka Banja. Usually in the 5star hotel whatever is on the table is on offer from the hotel unless it is explicitly written next to it that is not free and price attached to it. B

I really enjoyed my mini break in Vrnjacka Banja and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. We had an amazing time but objective review is in order. This hotel is modern, nice designed in a really good and convenient location. It had a free parking; great reception and lobby area. The staff was very professional and polite and all respecting Covid regulations which is a big plus from me. All staff were wearing masks throughout. Spa centre and swimming pools were amazing - really great place to relax and enjoy and have fun. Its great for everyone, single travellers as well as families with children. It has some really nice features such as water walls and jacuzzis. (I will talk about negatives below so please continue reading). Restaurant was quite busy, I would say way too busy in the middle of pandemic and no guests apart from us and one other were wearing masks. I found that very stressful. Food was super delicious, amazing selection, I was really impressed and something you would expect from a 5* hotel. What you would not expect from a 5* hotel is when you go to the room and there is a massive burnt whole in the carpet that no one bother to replaced it. You would not expect to see marks on the wall that no one bother to paint over. In the bathroom, the towel hook fell off. Pillows were so uncomfortable that I had to sleep without any. And to top it all off, there was no mattress protectors! I have not been to any 5* hotel, and I have been to many, or for argument sake, no 2 or 3 * hotels where there was no mattress protector. I heard that this hotel was only open for a year but it feels much older, In the swimming pool mosaic tiles were falling off - just in one day we found about 17 of them laying around. I am sure in a year the whole swimming pool would need to be re-tiled again. Overall great hotel but does not deserve 5*.…

We booked this hotel in July 2020 with a no refund policy. Then there was an COVID outbreak. The hotel called and asked if we whore coming. I answered no because off the outbreak. They said go to Hotels.com and ask for a cancellation. The canceled our booking with no fees. Okey, I have to come back. We booked a weekend in February 2021. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really friendly. I newer like the hotel dinner buffet. But this one I really nice. Nice pool that is definitely filed with hot water. . Nice breakfast. Nothing really to complain about. Decently coming back here.

The hotel has confirmed its high, set standards. From the food to the professionalism of the staff, it can be freely said that it is one of the best, Serbian hotels.
