A fantastic location and service we will return one day!
My boyfriend and I (both 23yrs) had received great email communication from Lana (owner) before our holiday (my bf had asked her way too many questions) but she was fantastic and joked when we arrived if we had any more questions to ask! We arranged transfers through levantin before we arrived and when we landed at Podgorica airport, a friendly face (which was Mica - owner) was there with personalised sign to meet us! This was a nice touch as we had never been to this country before. He took our suitcase and escorted us to his air conditioned mini bus just for us, he was REALLY lovely and friendly and drove us safely across the mountainous roads and past the major attraction Skadar Lake, all the way advising us on what we could do in Montenegro and we had a great chat! then on the horizon we spotted sveti stefan (just like the photos show the main island hotel is the only major attraction) the inn is in a great location is you'd like to sight see, have a beach to walk to easily within 5 minutes, there's about two or three restaurants in sveti (one called fameja has high reviews already on here and we would definitely say the food is superb and views were incredible) sveti is not overly touristy unlike budva but this was a bonus. We got the local bus on the main road (5min walk from the inn) for 1euro each way to budva - usually ate out there some nights and saw Budva Stari Grad (old town), walked along the marina area, and ate in lots of restaurants, bars and did a bit of shopping. If you wanted to see the major sights definitely do your trips through Levantin! Excellent organisation from Lana, Mica and receptionist, sooo cheap as well, 25euro per person for a whole day boat trip around Kotor, Perast, Our lady of the rock, Tivat and Herceg Novi. 35 euro per person to take us all the way to Dubrovnik Croatia for the day, we hopped on coaches as directed and from sveti we went through the border of Croatia and on a ferry too (Tivat to Herceg Novi). Back to the accommodation, the rooms have all your essentials, room was cleaned twice in the week, bath tub needed a bit updating but everything else including the bed and double wardrobe storage was great! The kitchen I only used once but all fully working, one cupboard locks so you can use this as a room safe, they'd have to steal the cupboard to get your valuables. Lana and Mica couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful, language barriers weren't a problem with them, only when I was out and about sight seeing and we're the only British around it seemed! Lots of people do speak English don't be put off visiting, small mini market 1min walk from the inn and free wifi and tv in the room. Also what made me laugh was that the pool at the inn was empty the whole week we were there with Mica was working hard fixing and revamping it, this didn't bother us though we went to the beach instead, just so you know the pool will be completely finished he said, on our way back on the 14thjune, in a few days so it would be okay now I expect. I hope my long-winded review has helped you out and has inspired you to visit here! Can't fault the warm hospitality at the inn and it's location, we could have spent two weeks easily here, shame we only had one week. Mica and Lana keep up the good work and see you soon! ;)

    The best service around
It's been my second stay here after 5 yrs. The first time Levantin Inn was recommended by a friend, and I liked it back then. This time I found the phone on line and contacted the owners directly. Lana, the person I was talking to, arranged my transfer from and to the airport in Podgorica, and personally showed me the room. The place is in a good location, close to the beach and to the restaurants, with a very good service (breakfast, relaxed family-like atmosphere, friendly staff).
    Thank you!

Well placed option for budget travellers
The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile to tell us about the local area and beaches. The kitchen staff were especially nice - they made sure the breakfast was to our liking. This place also offers transport service for very competitive prices and we used this service to go to the old city of kotor one evening. There was a miscommunication where double rooms do not offer single twin beds as advertised - which was requested in the original booking. Needed to move rooms during stay. Suggest if travelling and sharing with friends to book a triple room to ensure separate beds in room. The showers had electrical wires wrapped in tape which was concerning and the shower screens a little moudly. Wifi in rooms was intermittent but was available in common areas.
    Thanks!

Hi Mels/ Antoine, Very sad to hear these hurtful words from you considering that you have stayed for more than a month and had very warm moments with us but we understand that we cannot full-fill every customer's needs. We gave you a 30% discount on our most expensive apartment. We went above and beyond to match all of your needs ( and you had many, i won't go into detail since some of them shouldn't seek public attention ). Your dog cages are still here, as agreed waiting for you to collect them so I would prefer that you don't spread misinformation. Good rest of the trip to you, wherever you may be, Levantin.

Had a rest in July-August 2021. Nice small hotel. It is quiet off the main road, no cars drive by. A wonderful master hostess. A cozy room with everything you need came from a terrace. The room was cleaned often. nearby is a minimarket (almost the only one in the village) and a wine discounter store. It is convenient to walk to the sea, not long at all. Get ready for the stairs, but you are unlikely to avoid them anywhere. in Sveti Stefan you will have a choice of 4 main and several semi-secret passages. Corn on the shore 2 euros, in Budva - 1, between - 1.5. The same goes for fruit prices. And to a lesser extent, but also slightly more expensive goods in the market. But living here and swimming is much more pleasant. In Montenegro, people smoke everywhere, including on the beach, but non-smokers were not particularly uncomfortable for us. The beaches are clean, garbage is removed. The water is clear, very salty, slightly cool, waves are rare. The sun is hot, especially from 12 to 14. A beach umbrella is highly recommended. The coast here is pebble, large and small. There is no sand. Sandy beaches are called here with very small pebbles. Small fish of the same species. more were seen only in Kotor. Sea urchins - on some islets opposite the coast. Rubber swimming slippers come in handy in the early days, until the feet get used to the pebbles, and for those who are going to climb the rocky islets. Slippers were taken in Russia at Ozone (600-700 rubles). During our vacation, the situation is as follows: The beaches of the King and Queen and the approach to the island are open. Oliva Cafe is closed. Many people come here specifically to see the local beauty. On the contrary, you may need to travel somewhere in order not to get bored. Transport. We were afraid to rent a car - there are a lot of expensive cars around, narrow roads, decent traffic (to Herceg Novi, bypassing the entire bay, we once drove about 5 hours, of which 3 - to Kotor). The transfer from Podgorica airport was booked through Booking.com for 33 euros, which is cheaper than other options, besides, the site gives a 10% discount. It is easier and cheaper to get from Tivat by bus. From the main road, a bus to Kotor and Bar for 5-6 euros. It is not necessary to wait for the bus - a taxi will most likely stop and offer the same price. A minibus from Budva runs every 15 minutes until late in a loop along the lower and main road, it costs 1.5 euros. We recommend walking to Budva along the beaches, in flip flops there and back it is quite good and not stressful for half a day. We recommend to go to the Old Bar (4 km from Bar), wander around the fortress and have lunch at the Aqueduct family restaurant. eat kefir Balance + at the price of 1 euro per liter, yogurt and peaches with apricots. Prosciutto, semi-hard sheep cheese, soft feta cheese, tomato, olive oil, breadcake and Vranac Procorde wine for 6.5 euros (suitable for fruit and cheese) or the initial one for 2.7 euros (quite tolerable for accompanying food). Buy a candle in a glass - enough romance for your entire vacation. We can safely recommend the hotel, the most pleasant experience. ps For vaccine-free covids from Russia: the PCR test is not needed to Chernurgoria, even if you are flying with transfers (and now you cannot fly directly, there are no direct flights from Russia), if you do not leave the transit zone of the intermediate country. We flew there Moscow-Vienna-Podgorica (Aeroflot, WizzAir), back Podgorica-Istanbul-Moscow (Turkish Airlines). There, respectively, without luggage, only hand luggage, so as not to cross the border of the intermediate country to collect and check in luggage for the second flight. And back we had the opportunity to check in wine, cheese and prosciutto, since the airline is the same for both flights, and the luggage was transferred from flight to flight automatically without the need for us to leave the transit zone.

We were there in a business trip during pre family vacation.Sveti Stefan is a pearl in a crown of Montenegro.Beautifull beach and Seaside of celobrdo that belongs to a family who owns the Levantin. Its the one of best places ever been.Other places then Sv.Stefan are not so good.Wather is dirty and it's overcrowded,so if you take trip somewhere else than sv.stefan, perazica do ,drobni pijesak ,petrovac ,you will regret.

The Shower and the toilette leaks so that the floor in the bathroom was floated every time. The woman at the reception doesn't matter. She only sees the money and profit, no time friedly or helpful. The only nice was the breakfast and nice woman who cooks.

Thanks for being honest. I hope those kind of guests will not come again. Why you did not mention that you did not even wanted to pay town tax. You thought you were cheated for 6,oo euros. You did it with smiles but you came back to ask for 6,oo euros even it was written on your reservation. Good luck and enjoy yourself where ever you are. Lana Mikovic

This hotel is fairly basic but I was still surprised to find it only had a 8.2 rating on booking.com. The area is quite upscale. The room was clean with two big windows. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She even brought out a toy she bought in Cuba because she thought our son would enjoy playing with it. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights at Levantin. The best thing about the place is the lovely hosts. They went out of their way to help us with travel arrangements, taxi'd us where we needed to go and made us lovely breakfasts. The rooms are a good size, clean and good showers. If you can, get a room on the sea facing side with a balcony. The pool is a nice touch too. Sveti Stefan is a lovely spot, much nicer than brash Budvar. It was a great place to relax for a couple of days.
