it was basic but the room was a good size , clean towels and hot powerful shower Location was very central Found a good restaurant called Konoba Lanterna, about 10 minute walk away Supermarket around the corner the entrance to Seven Hills Bed and Bike is not the best We also had to drive around for 2 hours looking for somewhere to park, they have a car park at the back but full doesn't come close! eventually we found one by Basilica square - you pay on exit (70c per hour). Podgorica is a strange city, we only stayed one night as we had an early flight but next time i would just drive up from the coast as there really didn't seem much to see

What to say. From the mould that is everywhere in the room, to very poor heating, loud neighbourhood, loud staff they wake you up in 7am. Windows that could not be closed, or open for that matter. Curtains that are stuck. It is a big no no. You can easily feel the wind under the door from the room. Dont even think about breakfast. B&B means bed and bike. Very bad experience. Dont be bothered to consider this "hotel" This could be a zero, but hey... Remember this is Balkan and everything os possible, even a 4star that can easily be 1star or less. I work in thectravel bussiness for 8 years. And this was a disaster. The worst I could experience.

Already at the reception they will tell you that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. And they know that booking states that this is a hotel. There is no one at the reception in the late evening and at night. A scary staircase leads to the entrance. A narrow corridor, from which there are doors to several rooms and to a tiny kitchen, where the walker, stove and sink can hardly be placed. No breakfast. Our room was very small in need of renovation. 2 suitcases barely fit. Not even a chair. This is a bad cheap student hostel !!!

Don't be put off by the entrance - which it would be generous to call 'unprepossessing', but a boon for anyone looking for a bit of socialist nostalgia in their choice of accommodation - since the welcome you get once inside more than makes up for any aesthetic shortcomings. That said, the look of the place, even on the inside, doesn't really live up to the expectations generated by the website or the reviews, being a rather obviously repurposed apartment (or two) with the inevitably haphazard results. Still, like I said, the welcome you get makes up for it, and we couldn't complain about the room: we were in no. 1, literally opposite the reception desk, which was very spacious with a large bed, much-needed air-conditioning and a cosy sofa to sprawl out on while uploading pics of Podgorica via the fast and reliable WiFi. There were certain minor detractions - one of the bathroom lights not working; only one setting in the shower functioning and the shower floor being a little slippery; the curtains being a bit hard to get along with; there being a sizeable gap under the door, letting light and noise in; the lack of a minibar (although there is a small shared kitchen space with a fridge); and the in-room safe, by the staff's own admission, being better left unused. The place itself seems safe enough, I ought to add. With so few staff (who don't man the B&B round the clock) and a small number of guests there's little coming-and-going, plus door access from the street is by key or code, then there's a separate lock for the 1st-floor entrance and of course another key again for your own room. The staff are helpful and provide you with their contact details, which comes in handy because they're not always at the B&B, even during the hours you might reasonably expect them to be. Again, this feels like it's part of the local service culture - a sort of "no problems, don't worry" attitude to everything. But it has its knock-on effects: whether from that same attitude or forgetfulness, we weren't offered the promised café vouchers for breakfast, and since there was no one around in the morning to ask, we fended for ourselves. Staff are very happy for you to leave luggage, although be aware that it's not stored securely beyond being shoved in the space under the window by the reception desk. More unreservedly recommended is making use of their airport transfer service, which is cheaper, friendlier and more reliable than ordinary taxis. Overall, €63 for two for a 25 m2 room was OK, but not quite as good as we hoped for.

Yes, it is not a traditional hotel in every aspects, but you get a good price for services provided. A big plus is the hostess. She was very helpful. She contacted me using both email and WhatsApp, so I can choose which one is better way for me. The rooms are really clean, big and comfortable, no complaints here. For the breakfast you get a voucher for a cafe downstairs, it is not enough to feed you for a day, but for a breakfast - good. Certainly recommend this place in the heart of the city.

It says it's a hotel but it's a building floor. No reception after 8PM since 8 AM. I wouldn't know it before I go there. They said if we will be late there will be 10 Euro charge for every delayed check in hour. Which was extremely negative for me. The location is very central, people were nice but the elevator is horrible. Don't stay at the floor, the receptionist also didn't know how to manage it. It was a very old apartment. There were 5 rooms in one apartment floor. Breakfast is from the bakery which is down floor. I was hoping more hotel like place so I was disappointed but it was clean and central.

We did not know what we expected but this is a true gem. Positioned in centre of city with bike track running past the front of building. Supermarket over the road in basement of building. The room was modern with air conditioning, very clean and neat with a surprising amount of room and a good bathroom. Reception person was polite but appears not to have a lot of local knowledge, maybe it was more a language problem for us. Internet is fast and reliable. Lift is very old world and temperamental the floor where rooms are is between floors.

The location can not be more central, right next to the republic square. The room and the common area is excessively sterile. I was amazed by the freshness of the bed sheets; simple, basic, high quality. Our room was facing to a dirty courtyard however, since we stayed there only one night to catch our early morning flight, we did not even open the curtains, so it was ok. and without street noise. After we stayed there I understood that the owners of this hotel organise bike tours, and on the brochure of the hotel you only see the photographs of the interiors of the hotel+ people biking in the nature beautifully. There is nothing wrong in that, however, the images are misleading. There are couple of facts you should know before you book a room; 1) The hotel is basically a 4 room apartment, located on the first floor high rise building. The building is quite run-down with a weird smell. 2) It is not a hotel with a 24 hours receptionist. It is more like a guest house (apartment). 3) Although we corresponded couple of times via e-mail, and I told them that we would arrive 8 pm, there was no one when we arrived. We had to walk to their office, and there was no one over there either. After a phone call someone came and told us that they tried to call me couple of times to understand the check in time but could not find. Their web page clearly indicates that the check in would be until 8 pm and I told them that we were gonna be there until 8 pm. Anyway, considering all these facts the price was too much. If you are looking for a place you would like to spend some time inside, this place is not good for you. I understand their concept, modern, simple, clean etc. But to me it looks like a dormitory a little bit and they definitely need some more color besides all shades of grey in the interiors…
