What an absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a great experience here, I know some of the reviews are a bit off putting, but I put that down to personal choice. There is nothing negative I can really say about it. We had a side sea view room on the 6th floor and it was bloody marvellous. Breakfast is pretty good, generic, but nice tasty food, and yes there was sprouts some mornings, but you know not all visitors are from the UK and this might be the norm for them. Not for me either, but just walk on by and choose something else. The hotel is always cleaned to within an inch of its life. You never see a tab end or even a leaf on the floor, they obviously take a lot of pride in what they do. The staff here are really nice, they're polite and helpful, front of house tend to be the ones that speak English, the other staff not so much, but you know what? It's Montenegro, not England. We never had a problem with anyone, everyone said a good morning, or hello when we passed them. It was overall a fantastic week, in a brilliant hotel. There's lots of cafe bars and restaurants in the area, a couple of supermarkets and some really local public bars too. The only thing they don't have is a kettle in the room, I think that is a very British thing. I just took my own. Would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you.

An amazing holiday destination beautiful hotel clean towels & sheets changed daily. Friendly staff, food good every day lots of choice. The perfect place to relax, unwind & slow the pace of life down. Spa facilities are free sauna, detox room, salt room, jacuzzi, indoor and out door pools. Sun beds and umbrellas free by the pool and on the private shingle beach. Set in the mountains with amazing views all the way round the hotel even if at the back of the hotel. Would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat ❤️

Lovely Hotel, clean, rooms tidied everyday. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, enough choice to make me pleasently pleased. SPA and pool was nice. Also the outside private pool and beach was clean. Herceg Novi is a full of nicely priced restaurants with a high standard of great food. What a beautiful country. Will be back.....

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, a rare one working in the area during winter.great indoor pool. Special comment should be made about great staff - very pleasant and friendly. Willing to help always. We were using spa in May 2022 as well. Although not being gests, we were treated like ones every time we went to their great restoraunt or spa. Place to recommend!

In short, very unaccommodating and rude staff and the manager most of all. They claim to be covid-19 safe and they are absolutly not and have no flexability or kindness. I wanted to eat my included breakfast outdoors due to covid, and it turned out that that it's not an option. I was told that eating breakfast outside would caust extra even though I paid for the breakfast package and there are available tables right next to it (a snack bar). Most people here do not follow safety measures so all I asked was to eat in open air and did not ask for any extra food or accomodations, just to show some minor flexabilty since it is a buffet and I was happy to take the food and eat it outside. The general manager made me feel like a crazy person for wanting a solution that wasn't eating in my room (ground floor with a view of a bush). Only after getting upset did he grant me this "gift" (his words) of sitting outside but I will have to pay for my coffee (seriously?). In these times flexabilty and humanity are basic and it was met with disgusting rudeness that made me want to leave this hotel.

We have an appartment in Igalo, and use the poolarea at Palmon Bay every day during our yearly stay. But not because the staff is servicemineded!!! I can’t understand why neither of them can smile. And if you complain about something they don’t care. Worst service!!!!!

We rented a "side Seaview" room, and it had no view at all! I told the people at the reception, and they could not care less. I have stayed here before, and it was a better experience. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sure to tell everyone I know in Banja Luka and in Norway to STAY AWAY! We had a meal at the rooftop terrace. The food was not good.

Stayed in room #106 with a child of 2 years old and every night a rattling sound is heard from the pipe on the balcony. All this repeated every night and lasts almost until the morning. The employee at the reception don’t know what is going on and can’t help. It’s definitely shouldn’t happen in 4 * hotel.

I was in this hotel at the end of May'21. The hotel looks like a super economy level: 1. In the hotel area and neighborhood you will find nothing interesting. We were traveling around the whole country and this area is unremarkable compare to others 2. In our room were dirty sheets with marks from previous travelers; 3. The room is super tiny, only the most expensive rooms have a sea view; 4. We were on the honeymoon with my wife and there were zero compliments from the hotel; 5. Half of the spa was not working and the water in the pool was too cold; 6. Breakfast was looking really bad, I'd just skipped it. 7. AC in the whole hotel was not working! Because of that, it was almost impossible to sleep in the room. In addition, the location is on a very loud street (birds, cars, etc) and you can't sleep with an open window because of that. I could close my eyes to everything and just spend time outside of the hotel but even sleeping was not possible there. It was the first time I had to run from the hotel because of unacceptable conditions. The manager has offered nothing to solve it and I did a check out after the first night (it should be a week). It was the word of the manager at the reception that I will receive the money in return without any problems but after few days they wrote a mail with information that they will not return the money...Now I feel robbed and disappointed They offered me to stay on other dates, but I will not stay there even for free.
