when we arrived, the girl at the reception was kind, the apartment on the 11th floor is really perfectly equipped, things are beautiful, and the view is beautiful. breakfast can be better, because instead of a Swedish table you get greasy omelets. What really disappointed and spoiled our day was the cold water in the indoor pool on the 15th floor, so we couldn't swim even though we paid and planned to be there all day, and the water was terribly dirty, full of green algae, 'sensory and waterfall showers' are not working, when we approached the staff, we were told not to heat it mechanically except how much the sun heats it during the day and at a temperature of 18 degrees in October. And the heating benches are out of order.
The only option available was a sauna, so we soon left this facility. The staff from the restaurant and at the pool could be kinder.

At my first inquiry at the reception early in the afternoon, we were told a reasonable price which was acceptable for us (couple) but did not book immediately! Upon our decision same day but 3 hrs later to stay at this hotel for one night, the price was almost 28% higher! However, after some minutes of persuasion I managed to get a room for the cheaper price! Whilst first (friendly) receptionist told us that pool is closed and sauna open, the second lady (rather unfriendly) at the reception told us that neither sauna not the pool are open! I proved that the second lady was not telling the truth!
Positive: location of the hotel; first receptionist (lady); room was spacy, brightly and cosy; kitchen corner; bathroom was spacy and well equipped but... ; garage; breakfast in the restaurant and the service there (I guess her name was Jela)
Negative: second receptionist (lady); sauna space very small, showers not working and very dark; swimming pool closed; some items in the bathroom (showerhead, esp. the fixed one, toilet bowl) rather of a fair hostel quality;

The place was okay but giving 3 stars because of a few things. 1. Service was more or less poor. The waiting staff in the restaurant took over 30 minutes to serve us drinks when there were only 3 other groups in the entire place. Plus the front desk always seemed annoyed when we had a question which we had a few of because - 2. The key to our front door didnt work so they had to give us a physical key. 3. Our floor smelled like trash most the time 4. Our water didnt work in our room the last day. It's not necessarily a bad hotel but for the price I would expect much more.

So... my friend and I gave 40 euros for an hour in spa. First of all, it was weird that the price is same for the entire day or 20minutes, but ok... However, the shoking part is what you actually get for 20euros per person? Namely, turkish and finish sauna are out of service, ‘sensory and waterfall showers’ are out of service, heating benched are out of service and they don’t have jacuzzi.
The only available option was the sauna, where two slender women can barely fit. The terribly dirty pool is not even worth mentioning. We didn’t dare to enter, seeing the mold.
Oh, we found a bug in locker, thermometer is off, they don’t even provide a decent shampoo to wash your hair afterwards. The stuff was very nice though. What a pitty fir such a great location and outstanding view.

Caution! This is by far the worst hotel I have been to with the worst customer service! We had problems with electricity, dirty rooms and bedding, disgusting food, the whole building is dirty and this should be a 5 star hotel?!? Joke! The best thing they can do is brag and charge high prices and deceive customers. We got no help and our whole stay was about running right and left to ask for help but it never came. They come all the time with excuses and even though we had to cancel our holiday prematurely due to the hotel, we received no compensation. Do not make the same mistake as us as we saw other guests every day with the same inconvenience as us!

Very unfriendly staff. We were made to feel very unwelcome.

The hotel is classed as dog friendly so we stopped by the in hotel shop with our dog only to be immediately shooed out in the manner you may expect if it was a lone stray dog that had ventured in. They could have simply politely told us that dogs were not allowed in the shop.

Then the girl on reception at 18:50 on 11th December wore an expression which implied she seemed to dislike us for some reason although we were perfectly nice to her.

She told us off for eating a snack we had bought from the hotel shop in the hotel reception and she said it in a tone which implied we should have known better, but this is not a universal rule, in fact a rather unusual one.

Overall, a very Icy and unfriendly unwelcoming experience. Management need to train their staff better. You would think they would be overjoyed to have guests during corona, but no.

Do not eat here!! Visited the restaurant with outstanding views to have the worst dining experience of our holiday! My whit fish tagliatelle was cold and not as described on the menu. I told the waiter who promptly took it back to the kitchen, it was returned piping hot but was sooo salty couldn’t eat it! The 3 others ordered bbq ribs, looked delicious on the menu picture which showed a rack of chargrilled ribs. They were served one large, white rib with soggy potato wedges underneath. When we pointed out the difference with photo, response was that’s how we cook them!! Asked them to discount bill as they weren’t edible and they refused. Said we could have free deserts!! Couldn’t get out quick enough….4 star, more like no stars!!

Staff at the reception were good as usual!
Had to pay with cash! Stressful from the start.
I’m so sorry about this experience with my room. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this use to be a good place. Was really looking forward to coming back but… What happened? The room was in horrible shape! Bathroom ceiling was stained green and was dripping from the light socket. And the smell… No power in the bedroom, peeling wallpaper and generally run-down. Sweetest receptionist brought us a piece of cake and some fruit for the inconvenience. (According to her from the management) They offered us a new room at 8 pm, but that was too late as we were going out for dinner and leaving the day after. Asked before, they didn’t have other rooms available. Not coming back, that’s for sure!

For this price per night, this is for sure my the worst experience ever. No hot water when we arrived at accommodation. Trash can was not empty from the previous guest. "The kitchen" had no tools at all. I saw only one plate, two forks, two knifes and ONE spoon. There was only 2 glasses for wines and thats it. When we wanted to go to the spa, saunas were not working, temperature in the swimming pool was to low and they gave us 2 bath coats that were really old and torn apart.

Rude front desk staff. Tacky neighbourhood. Outside there is a constant flow of people to and from the beach. Also, the traffic noise is quite bad. Opposite a huge building site where another edifice is going to go up. The kind of hotel you’d like to spend your holiday at? Think again.
