We stayed at here for a short trip to visit Budva, a really friendly staff and clean and modern hotel with a great location on the middle of the seaside strip, Old Town a 10 min walk and the beach is right next ro the hotel. Parking is available securely if you have a hire car and there is a infinity pool and spa for those on a health kick.

Caution! This is by far the worst hotel I have been to with the worst customer service! We had problems with electricity, dirty rooms and bedding, disgusting food, the whole building is dirty and this should be a 5 star hotel?!? Joke! The best thing they can do is brag and charge high prices and deceive customers. We got no help and our whole stay was about running right and left to ask for help but it never came. They come all the time with excuses and even though we had to cancel our holiday prematurely due to the hotel, we received no compensation. Do not make the same mistake as us as we saw other guests every day with the same inconvenience as us!

At my first inquiry at the reception early in the afternoon, we were told a reasonable price which was acceptable for us (couple) but did not book immediately! Upon our decision same day but 3 hrs later to stay at this hotel for one night, the price was almost 28% higher! However, after some minutes of persuasion I managed to get a room for the cheaper price! Whilst first (friendly) receptionist told us that pool is closed and sauna open, the second lady (rather unfriendly) at the reception told us that neither sauna not the pool are open! I proved that the second lady was not telling the truth! Positive: location of the hotel; first receptionist (lady); room was spacy, brightly and cosy; kitchen corner; bathroom was spacy and well equipped but... ; garage; breakfast in the restaurant and the service there (I guess her name was Jela) Negative: second receptionist (lady); sauna space very small, showers not working and very dark; swimming pool closed; some items in the bathroom (showerhead, esp. the fixed one, toilet bowl) rather of a fair hostel quality;

Very unfriendly staff. We were made to feel very unwelcome. The hotel is classed as dog friendly so we stopped by the in hotel shop with our dog only to be immediately shooed out in the manner you may expect if it was a lone stray dog that had ventured in. They could have simply politely told us that dogs were not allowed in the shop. Then the girl on reception at 18:50 on 11th December wore an expression which implied she seemed to dislike us for some reason although we were perfectly nice to her. She told us off for eating a snack we had bought from the hotel shop in the hotel reception and she said it in a tone which implied we should have known better, but this is not a universal rule, in fact a rather unusual one. Overall, a very Icy and unfriendly unwelcoming experience. Management need to train their staff better. You would think they would be overjoyed to have guests during corona, but no.

when we arrived, the girl at the reception was kind, the apartment on the 11th floor is really perfectly equipped, things are beautiful, and the view is beautiful. breakfast can be better, because instead of a Swedish table you get greasy omelets. What really disappointed and spoiled our day was the cold water in the indoor pool on the 15th floor, so we couldn't swim even though we paid and planned to be there all day, and the water was terribly dirty, full of green algae, 'sensory and waterfall showers' are not working, when we approached the staff, we were told not to heat it mechanically except how much the sun heats it during the day and at a temperature of 18 degrees in October. And the heating benches are out of order. The only option available was a sauna, so we soon left this facility. The staff from the restaurant and at the pool could be kinder.

So... my friend and I gave 40 euros for an hour in spa. First of all, it was weird that the price is same for the entire day or 20minutes, but ok... However, the shoking part is what you actually get for 20euros per person? Namely, turkish and finish sauna are out of service, ‘sensory and waterfall showers’ are out of service, heating benched are out of service and they don’t have jacuzzi. The only available option was the sauna, where two slender women can barely fit. The terribly dirty pool is not even worth mentioning. We didn’t dare to enter, seeing the mold. Oh, we found a bug in locker, thermometer is off, they don’t even provide a decent shampoo to wash your hair afterwards. The stuff was very nice though. What a pitty fir such a great location and outstanding view.

We stayed here as an alternative offered by Jet2.com. Overall we had a lovely stay. Positives: The view, the view and the view. Amazing to have breakfast with that view every day. Whilst the location appears a bit shabby at first, it’s actually great for both old town and the other end of the beach. Nice and central. Apartment size was excellent, comfortable and everything worked. The curtains needed rehanging and the decor needs a little updating. Great view. Friendly approachable staff, really helpful. 9th floor outdoor pool was great. Didn’t use the indoor pool. Less positive: Lots of choice at breakfast, but not great quality. Orange juice machine not working. Generally a bit dated decor. Needs a revamp. Even though central, the location was a bit odd. Overall it’s all about the view, which was fantastic.

I have stayed in this hotel as well as its apartments, this is my 4th year. I have recommended this hotel to everyone. From now on NO MORE. The room is awful. Room # 111 on the 9th floor. Dirt and dust between the couches, stains on the bathroom floor, BLOOD stains on the sheets, the water pressure awful, sink water does not drain properly, and a handle is missing on the dresser. And to top it all off, every morning the klima (AC) makes loud sounds consistently every minute. I haven’t slept passed 7am because of it. It is loud and consistent. I have no idea why. We asked to switch rooms after the 1st night and they said yes of course we can’t believe how awful your room was. So we packed up to go to a new room and then they said sorry we are all booked. Now after night 2 I asked again, they said they will give us a room with an ocean view. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE OCEAN VIEW. I WANT A CLEAN ROOM. CLEAN SHEETS. A ROOM WHERE THE KLIMA DOES NOT WAKE ME UP WITH KNOCKING SOUNDS. Also the wifi has been horrible and inconsistent. I paid €995/ $1,047 for a crappy hotel room. Budva has some nicer hotels but we are loyal. This experience has lost them 25+ guests - my family, aunts, uncles, friends. NEVER AGAIN.

Very nice hotel with modern entre, big and fresh rum with wide Bakony. The pool is okej but not so much fun for children. We appreciate very much that the floor around the pool was perfekt ant not slippery which was god for us with children. The breakfast is not "open buffé" and you have to order from the menu, it is very tasteful especially Fried egg and the sausage. I would like to visit it again.

Fantastic view from the 15th floor of an elegant hotel. We have tried the spa on this floor and I can tell the view was breath taking also from the restaurant on the same floor. The spa was pleasant with a small pool and three different saunas. We also tried the massage and it was professional. The restaurant was the same positive experience: service was 5star. A realy nice lady served us like VIPs and the food was nice. All in all: I highly recommend if anyone comes to Budva to come to this hotel, even if the accommodation is elsewhere at least try the restaurant because the view realy worths it.
