My wife and I wanted to vacation in Montenegro. The hotel Villa Bojana in Budva was chosen for good reviews. Upon arrival on the bus, we were met in the street by a man named Mikhail, who helped with the luggage and took us to the hotel. A landlord named Radovan met us at the hotel. They met very warmly. He set the fruit table and told me about the hotel. Near the bus station and 15 minutes walk to the sea. Radovan showed us the rooms for occupancy and advised the room on the 3rd floor and said that it would be good for your health to walk every time. Every day the room was cleaned, linen and towels were replaced, the bathroom had a beautiful Jacuzzi, from which we enjoyed a lot. We wanted to note how the owner, such and the staff - attentive, open, sympathetic, kind, always ready to prompt and advise. Radovan gave his umbrella to use on the beach, which helped protect him from the sun. The price includes breakfast, a large selection of dishes and everything is delicious and constantly updated with fresh produce. For lunch and dinner, the choice of dishes is varied and prepared very deliciously and inexpensively. Thank you very much to the chef. Drinking water was collected from the canteen cooler. In the store, a bottle of water costs 2 euros. A small amount was saved in that regard. We really enjoyed our holidays in Montenegro, this is a place where you want to return once more and stay definitely in Villa Bojana Hotel, where it is always cozy, warm, beautiful and delicious.

Villa Bojana was a beautiful and clean hotel to stay in close to everything you need in Budva. We stayed for one week in July and it was amazing. The hotel room was fantastic with two balconies, a fine bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer, a comfortable bed, a hob and sink and a sofa area. There was great air conditioning and blinds and curtains for the windows so it doesn’t get too hot in the room. The breakfast was amazing with an assortment of so many different options on each day with sweet and savoury options. The pool was lovely and so relaxing to sit around. Location wise, it was easy to walk to the old town and to the beaches from Villa Bojana that takes around 10 minutes in a really straightforward walk. Lastly, everyone at Villa Bojana was so friendly and SO helpful and went out their way to make our stay amazing! I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone that wants to visit Budva and wants some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Budva city.

Just returned from Villa Bojana in budva. Amazing hosts . Breakfast included had a great selection. Beautiful place and nice rooms in 4 buildings . Pool was perfect a good size ideal for little ones too . Great prices compared to the rest of budva . About 15 mins to centre and beach and bit further fir the old town .Two supermarkets within a minute or two walk . Great restaurant onsite snacks and dinner served all day . Liked the fact it was gated so you needed your room card to get back in , felt very safe especially with young ones they can’t escape .
No faults at all. Definitely return .
Thanks Danilo and family for making our family have a lovely holiday . We will be back definitely in the future.

A fantastic hotel in the midst of Budva, very helpful and friendly staff, very helpful with local information and advice of best beaches etc. Danilo and his father are very attentive and approachable, A true family hotel which goes above and beyond. We were greeted with a cold drink and fresh fruit when we arrived, which was such a personal touch. The pool is fairly small and limited sunbeds but it’s clean and well maintained with lovely greenery around the whole hotel. The room was well maintained and clean and balcony was great to sit out on at the end of the day. Location was great as it’s walking distance to the town and beaches , but away from busy Budva and noise. If I was to visit Budva again I would stay here.

A wonderful place to relax! Breakfasts are delicious, Villa drowns in greenery, rooms are clean and large, our room had a huge balcony. There is a swimming pool, if you are lazy to go to the beach, you can use it. Thanks to Radovan for the welcome and wonderful meeting!!! I recommend it with all my heart!

This hotel is a secret escape for families enjoying an relaxing environment with a pool, space for kids and a nice terrace. The rooms offer everything you need, fast wifi is available in all places.
Special to mention is the in-house restaurant only for guests but always open. There is no need to go elsewhere. We tried several alternatives but there is nothing that can compete in quality, price and friendliness.
The water is free of charge in case you would like to take something to your room.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Airport in Tivat. You should bypass the large booking portals and talk directly to the hotel for booking and other arrangements.
We felt very welcome and now we know where to stay in Budva! Thank you for this experience!

We spent 7 nights in this nice hotel and we are very satisfied. It was perfect. The owners: Radovan and Danilo are real hosts. They and their staff are for their guests, they are very friendly. We got a welcome drink and some fresh fruit after arriving. The hotel is clean, comfortable and we enjoyed every moment. The pool and sunbeds are very good, we spent relaxing time there. The cuisine is also perfect: breakfast is included the price, but we had very good lunch here, too. The food was home-made and delicious. We were very happy to stay here and try to return in the future. I highly recommend it.

Nice family owned hotel in quiet location close to town, shopping, restaurants etc. Spacious room with nice beds, quiet AC, balcony, kettle and refrigerator. Helpful staff - we felt we were very welcome. Buy a SIM card - WiFi could be better.

There aren't enough words really. It was a lovely place to stay. Like staying with family or friends. Danilo and his all of team were endlessly caring and kind, while working really, really hard. We loved them!
Nothing was too much trouble and they had thought of it before us anyway.
The accommodation was perfect for our family needs, spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden area were beautiful. The food was plenty and delicious.
The best thing though was the wonderful staff team.
Thank you all!:-)

Villa Bojana is pretty new, so everything looks nice. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and neat, but the rooms are too small--barely big enough for two single beds, and then almost no roo to sit, walk around, or put bags. No place to put towels or toiletries, except in a closet or on the floor. One wants to get out of the room as quickly as possible and spend as little time in it as possible.

The staff is fine, friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is well over a mile from the center, tucked away on an alley, which makes it difficult to find. In the end, it is good enough, even pleasant enough, but cramped and a long way away from whatever you may want to do.

Dear Ani, Our Villa is in the quiet area and we have children all the time - currently we have 4 children under 3 years. Also, we have available baby-cots if you need one. Best regards!

Yes, Villa has its own pool - you can see it on the pictures. It is 900m from the seaside, in the quiet area. Restaurants and Old Town can be reached in 15-20 minutes by foot. The closest airport is Tivat (25km-30min) and Podgorica (65km- one hour).
