Simply, this is the best hotel in Budva. Why? There are many many reasons. The hotel is a new building in a quiet street and very close to the beach and old town (~5 min walk). Officially the hotel has four stars, but many five star hotels are below this. Free parking places are available for the cars in front of the hotel or underground. The air conditioned rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, as well as the bathrooms. The hotel offers a very tasty continental breakfast, every morning fresh locally baked cakes are available also. The hotel has a nice and quiet garden, where coffee, beverages can be served or just the perfect place to relax. The pictures says everything, you'll get the same in reality. But, the main reason why this hotel is different from the others is the staff, which makes the stay perfect. We were treated as friends from the very beginning, we had an atmosphere like home. Slobodan, Elena and all the staff is paying attention to the smallest details. Simply they are the best in town! You'll arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. PS: Slobodan and Elena saved our vacation, after our stay in Hotel Vela we had a bad experience with another hotel in Ulcinj. I called them and in 5 minutes they resolved for us a room in the neighbors, because they didn't have free rooms that night and the next day we moved back to Hotel Vela. Finally, Hotel Vela is a very recommended hotel in Budva.

Brand new hotel with a gorgeous tree filled terrace. The room modern and spotlessly clean. Even had a balcony. There's parking spots available in front of the hotel. Breakfast every morning was delicious and pretty generous. The location is in a residential area, but only a 10 mins walk to Old Town, and 5 mins to a supermarket. And the staff were super friendly and helpful.

For our long stay in Montenegro, we chose this family hotel in Budva, 15 minutes walking fom the Citadel. This modern hotel is located in a quiet surrounding and and we could benefit for free of the outside hotel parking. The room was spacious and with a balcony. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and available to meet our requests. We particularly remember Slobodan, his simpathy and his friendly chatting. One day, I incidentally mentioned thai it was my birthday and they gave me a present, I loved that! The breakfast was great, with delicious cakes and savoury pies prepared by the lady in the kitchen, every day different. Thank you all for making us feel like at home.

I came to Budva with my friend by bus from Croatia so we wanted something not too far from bus station and also not to far from city centre or beach. Boutique Hotel Vela was in my opinion amazing for our short stay in Budva. Our room was quite a big with lots of space and couch and beds were also cozy. We also had a breakfast - they were very tasty. The host was very nice man and the little cute bonus was his small dog which was still around hotel. So if you like dogs, go haha. Hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. Also the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Distance from the beach and old city was around ten minutes walk by busy street which was fine. I would go again!

The room was a bit smaller than I thought, but the little balcony with a view on the garden/terrace made up for that. The room was otherwise very clean, breakfast amazing, and the manager is really friendly and helpful, he makes you feel like you’re part of the family. It’s also very close to the beach and old town.

A great location, not far from Old Town in Budva. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome like family. They were always happy to help you and always in for a chat. A nice garden to relax in and to drink something. Breakfast was good. During our last morning, they provided us with an early breakfast which was much appreciated. The room was clean.

The cleanliness of the hotel is quite good, basically everything is there. Breakfast is not very diverse but quite sufficient. The location is nice, close to everywhere. We especially loved a lovely gentleman at the front desk. He was very helpful and very kind.
