1 IS EVEN TO MUCH NEVER CHOOSE this hotel. The manager tried to extort money from us for something we did not DO. They are 20 years behind Eutopean standard. I hope the hotel owner reads the reviews and changes the cheater manager.

Upon arrival the check-in lady took our passports and told us we would get them at check-out. The following day there was another lady at the reception and she checked us out but didn't give us our passports. Due to our clumpsyness I agree, we didn't think about it and left the hotel. When we returned, we complained that they had forgotten to return the passport, and the lady (now same as check-in) said "oh, but it was my colleauge checking you out, she didn't know I had taken them in". !!! So obviously they don't have a standard safe routine how to handle your documents. For this, I would be very sceptical at staying here again. Also, we were three people but were missing sheets and towels for one of us. During the evening, the man at reception couldn't communicate at all in english which was a bit of a struggle. Room was clean, big balcony.

The room was very dirty, hair everywhere on the floor. No shampoo, dirty sheets. Used pads on recycle been. I checked the room before we payed and it seems ok, but when I get back and I saw it carefully, I get disapointed , stressed and very bored. We decided do leave even we pay for that uncleaned room. Don't waste your money in that ''hotel''

Not a dump, by any means, but these days one expects at least the crappy small bars of soap and the little packets of shampoo. Not happening here. Nice bathroom, but lights don’t work and the very fancy rain shower faucet is also out of order. Oddly shaped room with no desk to sit at. All these hotels always have breakfast buffets and the hot food is always not hot. Lukewarm at best. In the land of AMAZING coffee, this was the worst coffee on my six week trip. I am talking truly awful. English is a stretch for much of the staff, but thems the breaks.

Things that disturb, were the time and the quality of the breakfast. Omelet and eggs were always cold, and the taste of coffee was terrible. Walls were also so thin, you can hear everything from the corridor. Cleaning service and interior were good.
