Set on Zavala peninsula, this benefits from incredible views but set slightly away from the hustle and bustle that is the nightlife in budva On arrival i was informed that my room had been upgraded and due to having to spend the night in sofia due to poor weather this was a lovely reception I found the staff to be helpful and charming, especially Stefan, Marko, Nebojsa and Tanya, but everyone was nice and helpful I will be returning not just for the beautful scenery but to see the friends i made i would recommend to anyone
We stayed last night at Harmonia and i must say a very good 4 star hotel.the only thing was that on the 3 rd floor where was our room was no internet, but the next day in the morning they managed to fix it.all other things were top.very recommended.
We booked into this hotel with another couple for a long weekend. It looks very sleek and nicely decorated. We had two rooms, one of which was a suite, which was amazing, the other room was smaller, but both were comfortable with incredible views over the sea. However, there are no other facilities. This is on the Dukley estate, but if you want to use the beach facilities in the Dukley you have to pay 50 Euros, which in October and being residents in one of their hotels is pretty steep. Having spent a lot of time in Montenegro over the last couple of years, we expect to pay a higher price for the use of beach and loungers in the summer, but not October. It was no wonder they were empty! In fact there was only one area available and one restaurant open at this time. The staff were excellent and very helpful in both the Harmonia and the Dukley (we used the only open restaurant one night). The breakfast was okay, nothing special and if you got there late you might find it hard to find anything left as some guests seem to think that they are never going to eat again! We wanted to have dinner in the hotel one night and got there just before 8.00, but everything had gone and they could only offer us dessert! You cannot put anything on your room and pay as you go. The bar is adequate but has no ambience or personality and would not induce you to use it very much at all. Good beach about 10 mins walk away. All in all we had a good stay at the HarmoniA, but I think they should actually say there are no facilities at all in the hotel and if you are the kind of holidaymaker who wants to stay in their hotel all their holiday, then you would be severely disappoointed with this. But as stated, the hotel is very nicely appointed and very comfortable.…
The hotel on the outside looks stunning. However, on the inside is a whole different story. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE PAID FOR!! You have to pay 50€ per person to use the pool, you have to leave a 100€ or your ID as a deposit for the mini bar, and you have to be lucky to get a room with a view. Me and my family got a family room and our room didn’t have a balcony and had a view of the other hotel building. To sum up, I would not recommend this hotel, I would recommend the Dukley or maybe the Maestral Hotel and Casino for your next stay in Budva. Too expensive for too little.
