Good afternoon! We really liked the Inn for that money. Realistically in the budget search were only the first 5 hotels, everything further was in the current conditions very expensive. Apartments yes, cheaper on average thousands by 30-35, first they too are different (there are very bad), and second a good breakfast is very important! Long read, studied, stopped their choice at this hotel, and did not miss. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, no one knows Russian, but this did not cause much difficulty. We checked us in quickly at 12 noon, immediately we paid tourist tax at the reception and we were given a printout. The room turned out to be a two-bedroom with two balconies, which was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was very quiet. The room also had a free fridge! To our joy, Wi-Fi was also free and fast. The beds were very comfortable, re-filled like every day. Everything needed in the room was basically like all European hotels. They gave me two key cards for the number, which is also very convenient. The hotel doesn't allow smoking in rooms, and that was a huge plus for us. The Inn itself is certainly not close to the beach (to the mogren 20 minutes, to the Slovenian 10), but on a quiet street and near the bus station, which was a priority for us. In Budva we bathed only in the morning before breakfast, sometimes in the late evening. Mostly went to different cities, or to shine Stefan - that's where the bays are posh. A separate word on breakfast. Breakfast is very good and varied, delicious. Eating really well. That was a really huge plus. A good breakfast was important. Bathed in the morning, had breakfast and immediately left all day somewhere.

A very warm impression left about yourself this nice hotel with pleasant friendly staff .Rooms are clean, clean well ,linen and towels on request will always change ,if any issues, then do not leave unattended .Our room toilet was poorly attached , applied to the reception , immediately reacted and all did as needed ,thank you . Breakfast is very delicious, everything needs to be eaten, and hot and cold and fruit and pastries, all prepared with love. At the reception the girl did not accurately remember her name Mia seems, very sweet, helped us a lot, and with tips and taxis called, thank her.In general will come back definitely if there is the opportunity. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our vacation better.

The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was wonderfull, adminsitrators were very lovely.
However - the owner was quite rude, unhappy, unfriedly and very not flexible.
We were big group of 28 people (in hotel can live about 42 people) and asked for coffe and different breakfast pack, as first time was woth egg, wich is not sutable to go to airport.. and ge denied, even he saved so much on the packed breakfast instead of normal one twise from us. If the owner would be more friendly, smiling, and flexible the hotel would be amaizing….

Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast fantastic - cooked or continental. Organised a prompt and reduced price taxi to airport. Close to beach and shops. Twenty minutes walk from Stari Grad. Would highly recommend.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Very clean. Very, very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Big parking. Location is good, close to old town and the beaches. Really great and helpful staff, although busy having time for a small talk.

We stayed in Budva for 4 nights and although the choice was based on great reviews I must admit it didn't meet our expectations. It's true that the rooms are very clean but honestly overall it's not up to what you'd expect from a 4* hotel. First of all it's very hard to find - no signs at all. Secondly, although it's based close to city center the neighborhood is very crowded, with strange narrow streets, with no logic (actually this is a real big problem for Budva: there are a lot of very narrow streets as if everybody built their houses & fences as they liked, there is no visibility in junctions, these narrow streets have no names and the Montenegrin drivers drive as if they are lonely on the street). After you manage to find the hotel (the GPS won't help too much) you will get a much smaller room than you normally get in a regular 4*. Breakfast is again too poor for a regular 4* and the coffee is the worst I've ever had.

It's true that the rooms are very clean and that the employees have a nice attitude but this doesn't make up to justify for the price.

Moreover, Budva is not the best destination if you want to truly enjoy what Montenegro has to offer you - it's much too crowded (you'd better choose other locations - smaller cities) , the bazaar next to the beach is horrible, the central beach - Slovenska beach - is dirty and overcrowded. My recommendation is to avoid Slovenska beach and enjoy Jaz beach - less crowded, with clean beach and water and where there are not so many boats.

Fineso is a 'bed & breakfast' hotel, which impressed us with its cleanliness, friendly helpful staff and really comfortable rooms. Unlike lots other 'b&b' in Budva, this place is worth to get back once more. Totally recommend

We enjoyed the trip to the Montenegrin Tourism capital, Budva. Every moment was a real pleasure. The must to see locations are : Old city, statue of the dancing girl, Sveti Stefan (the tourists staying at the nearby hotels are not allowed to visit the castle as the location in its entirety serve as hostel / hotel for the rich tourists), City Museum,Sveti Nicholas, Mogren Beach, Jazz Beach Churches of Santa Marija and Saint Ivan along with the other places of attraction. People are extremely friendly although there are few people fluent in English. We had difficulty in communicating with the local people. Hotel Garni is located in the heart of Budva and we had nice time during our stay at the Hotel. The hotel personnel are friendly and willing to help at all times. However, wi-fi is quite slow within the rooms and breakfast seems to be poor. The Montenegrin food is delicious as there are many restaurants offering slices of pizza against which you may make reasonable payment.

Room Tip: No elevator. For the old people, the first floor may be an option.
