The hotel staff was ok. The rooms are big and lit but no one opened a window ever inside. But the carpets all around the location need a very good cleaning. The bathroom was not sanitized properly. The breakfast was a buffet half empty with every warm dish - cold. They had no butter. I asked for a heated french...

It was nice and comfortable. Sad that the restaurant didn't have someone who could speak English so the receptionist doubled as a translator. Dinner ordered wasn't made fresh but breakfast was good. They had a well-equipped gym which was free for guests.

We came to the hotel 2 hours before check in and it was not a problem for them. The room we got had a funky smell and the shower was dirty. We got a new room and this room also hade the same smell. The carpets are also very dirty. If it wasn't because we are students we would have...

We stayed here for one night. We originally supposed to stay at Hotel Eclipse, which is on the same street, but the owner from there had an unacceptable attitude so we decided to look for another option. Hotel Impero is a clean, cosy and beautiful hotel. The room was very big, the bed king size. Tv, wifi, minibar. The hotel...

It was a 2 nights nice vacation. We were there for a wedding. The room was bigger than we expected, which was nice. All was clean and very good looking. We enjoyed our nights there. Also, the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

Close to the downtown, in a green area, near to Parcul Balcescu, the hotel is a small and quite one with resonable cotation. If is not booked for a wedding or other event, you could have a nice and silent night. If is booked for some event, check this before at the reception and go to an other hotel.

The value is very decent, the place is clean, close to the city center, the zoo is near, you have access to the fitness center. The food is good and the staff are nice. The owners are nice too☺. I recommend this hotel!

The Hotel is really cute, near to the center, and next to the ZOO. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom too. Nice view and free wifi. I haven't eat here but the rest was just fine, nice and clean. it was worth the money.

The hotel itself is nice but there are some flaws: Almost every room door I saw had problems like space between the frame and the door, not closing properly(you could hear it banging to the frame), the shower in that room(105) had broken and almost unusable doors and you would wet the floor while showering. They have some inconsistencies regarding...

This has been a great experience for me! The hotel staff was very friendly and they served us with everything we wished for. The room was very clean and we felt like home. The food from the restaurant was tasty and the atmosphere cozy. If you need a place to stay, I would recommend it.
