The place is a few-minute walk from the town center and is near the famous Sagada Lemon Pie House. This lodge has a great view of the echo valley. Our room was neat and the bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower. No aircons but you won't be needing one anyway. The room prices are affordable and worth every... More

Oscar and the staff were all helpful, accommodating and super friendly. Our room had 2 double beds. We paid 350 pesos for each person. We had a small en suite bathroom . Shower pressure was weak. We also had a small balcony. The lodge looks unfinished. It needs to be renovated. It was walking distance to lemon pie house and happy... More

Shower awful! .. views stunning. Location.. slightly out of town and lots of bu8lding work. No breakfast option. Never see any staff. Rooms very depressing and dull.. oh apart from the spongebob pillow case! Very very umcomfy pillows. Balciny door had a panel missing also. No option for any food. Wifi.. just okay.

It was April 2016 when we stayed here. When we checked in they said it was the last room that is good for 2, they gave us a room located at the very dark spot where many plants and trees are just outside the windows. The moment we went inside that room it was full of big mosquito, but they... More

My Family stayed on this Hotel last April 10 to 12, 2016, this place is good compared to the other hotels to stay in Sagada, they have a wonderful view to Eco Valley and near to restaurants and shops.

We paid for a budget trip so we are not expecting a lot. We were assigned in a room that will fit all 5 of us. There is no airconditioning and it is acceptable in Sagada weather. The host, Ivy, is not hospitable. She seems irritated most of the time. Towel is not provided for - you have to pay... More

Dear Sir/Madame, This is to respectfully ask that you check the name of the lodge where you stayed in Sagada because from your description, we think you stayed in Pinewood lodge near Canaway Inn, George Guest House Main, Residential Lodge and Cusina Yzagada which is managed by Ma'am Ivy. Kanip-aw Pinesview Lodge is located down the road after Lemon Pie... More

This place is on the edge of town but still close to popular restaurants and attractions. It is a bit of a walk from where most buses will drop you off and a short walk down a rough path off the main road. However it is worth it. The views are amazing and our room was clean and a good... More

The lodge is 10-15 minutes walk from tourism office but near in Lemon Pie House. It has a good view of Echo Valley so ask for a room facing the echo valley. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has hot shower. The WIFI is strong. We only got the room for 3 for P1000 for overnight stay.
