A warm greeting and efficient check in, rooms were a bit of a walk and upstairs. A little dated, but perfectly comfortable and clean, same goes for the bathroom. Good choice of evening meal and buffet breakfast, the hotel has a pool and plenty of space to relax and socialise. Fascinating display of artefacts, maps, and photographs of the Nasca lines and their discovery. A comfortable provincial hotel
DM Hotel Nasca is a small paradise in the desert. We booked it just for one night, as we come to see the Nasca Lines, but would love to stay longer. We arrived with Sur del Crouse bus, and the station is just 2 minutes walk, in the same street. This hotel has a very beautiful garden in the middle of it, with a lot of flowers, palm trees and a swimming pool. Breakfast was very good: fruites, vegetables, olives, cheese, eggs, fresh juce, coffee... Very clean and very secur. We finished our Nasca Lines tour around 10 am, came back and stayed in the garden for a few hours. In the same street you have small shops and restaurants, so I bought some souvenires. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The travel agent had booked us here as I guess it was close to the Nasca lines, which was our goal the following day. The dining area was absolutely freezing and the breakfast nothing to cheer about either. Our room was very big (had an extra room with sofa + settees, walk in wardrobe) but it felt old fashioned, and I don’t mean it in a positive way. Needless today, we didn’t use the pool as it was far too cold.
We hung out here while waiting for our next peruhop bus. We had a few glasses of wine and dessert and they let us relax and even use the pool for a few hours. Nice place, cheesecake was just ok but the house wine was fine. WiFi worked and pool was large and cool on a hot day.
I was in DM hotel in Nazca for 2 days only, but my stay was amazing anyway. I loved the incredible garden full of flowers and a swimming pool as well, really nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet quite ok and lunch was also good.
Room was clean, but the beds are small. My husband is 6'4"... breakfast was good. The pool area is very pretty. We felt very safe here. We had dinner at the restaurant one night. The food was simple but good. It was nice that we didn't have to leave the hotel for dinner.
Very nice hotel close to the bus station and the center of Nazca. Rooms are big and well equiped. The garden and the pool are fantastic and are a good place to relax. Staff very friendly and efficient.
The building is old. As a local tourist I had the felling that the hosts were rude, some commodities are new, quiet at night, pool in good condition, menu at the restaurant is simple, a little pricey for the price but decent hotel.
Stayed here with some friends. Has a small suite. When I walked in the rooms felt very dark and dated, however my photos don't seems to show this. I felt like it was average and really wouldn't be my first choice for staying there again. Our friends said they also felt the same. There was a huge corner tub in the main bedroom - felt very 70's. Breakfast was ok - although the staff were surly and not smiley at all. Front desk staff were good though. The main courtyard inside the hotel was beautiful - but the rooms didn't seem to reflect this. Safe in room wouldn't work - and had to get someone to help - but we still couldn't work it after they left - obviously we don't have the right technique. Was ok
Close to Cruz Del Sur bus stop. One block walking distance. Close to centre of town. The exterior of this hotel is beautiful, huge cactus, nice looking swimming pool, great architecture. We stayed only for one night, found hotel of basic standards. Room was next to road and all night heard all the traffic and music played by different cars. Shower head was from ancient times, seems never repaired nor cleaned. Staff's English language skills were significantly weak but since we had pre planned trip, nothing troubled us. Safety box was locked and we couldn't manage to open it, since it was late in night, we didn't bother the staff. Would recommend only for overnight stay.
