We arrived late at night and the check-in was friendly and quick! Dinner was amazing and when we woke up the next day we were served a wholesome breakfast and even given a tour of the place and all of its history. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Hotel is big, it has a nice pool and a good location in the road. It has parking also. On the back you can see like a "museum" of things like Pisco barrels and how they are made. Breakfast was OK, fried eggs, coffe , milk and bread.

We stayed at the hotel with some friends. My girlfriend and I arrived at about 9 pm and were able to check in quickly and trouble free. The hotel is spacious and has a lot of common rooms that can be used as lounges and for leisure activities. The architecture is vintage and unique, it is a cozy and traditional...

Im working in this area and Im in this hotel every month. The service is good and kind. The rooms are not luxurious but are fair, clean. In the last year they start to add Shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast is basic but is good, the food is good and tasty and the service in the restaurant is very good,...

We stayed only one night, but we promise no more. The room was clean, but did not have enough towels, nor shampoo, the soap was so tiny. The TV never worked. We could not communicate with another room by phone. Only a chair and a fair table in the room. Poor breakfast, only bread, eggs, coffee and juice. The pool...

It has a nice pool, and a little park for children. The breakfast is good but it could be better. At saturday nights it's posible you hear music.(The hotel organizes...

This ragamuffin of a hotel is right next to a roaring street that stays busy all night. We asked for quiet rooms so got one in the interior but you not only could hear that roar but there was a loud disco, heavy on the base line, until 5 am. The food was also sub-par, and I am being kind!...

A nice place to relax and explore Ica and the surroundings. Rooms are big, clean and with hot shower. Breakfast is included and nice. Service of the staff is helpfull and friendly. Swimmingpool is nice. The hacienda is besides a noisy and busy road, wich makes the place a bit dusty and noisy when relaxing at the pool. But in...

They were a bit slow on the original confirmation, but no problems after that. They have many lounging areas, a pool, and restaurant. The welcome drink and breakfast were nice touches. We were there in the off season so no one talked to us without us asking about pisco. They are accommodating about when you check in and out (although...
