Nice and clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room was large and well equipped Food was very good plants of choice for breakfast and evening meal. The hotel had a number of pools and was ideal for families.

When you come to this place usually after a long drive, the gate opens you feel like you're not in the right place. A huge garden with swimming pools and lakes where swans float. Great bar excellent restaurant which makes you want to eat and drink more and more.

we were 2 couples and outnumbered by many families with young children - who were perfect for this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, and arranged in blocks around the well kept grounds with lakes and lawns. A good choice of pools but nowhere very peaceful and constant music reverberating around the pool areas was annoying. Otherwise food was good... More

The hotel was very nice, excelent service, great pools, fun activities. The only thing we didn't like was that it was way too crowded. There were lots of prople and schools too. Too loud and annoying. The wifi service is terrible

After touring Lima and Cusco we had a nice relaxing 3-day getaway at Las Dunas. The kids were very entertained with pool games and nightly entertainment at dinner. The limeade at the pool was so refreshing and message services were very affordable. Pros: Excursions can be booked at the resort (recommend sand dune rides) Cons: So relaxing we never left... More

The rooms are a little basic but they have everything you could need and are really comfortable! The actual hotel complex is huge, really relaxing (although I imagine it's less relaxing in high season as it'll be popular with families). We booked a sandboarding and dune buggy ride via the hotel which was great and really reasonable. The hotel also... More

Great hotel for kids. Our only complaint was that we should have stayed 2 nights. We used the hotel as a base to fly over the Nazca Lines (mind-blowingly awe-inspiring!) and arrived late afternoon, flew over the lines the following morning, and took the coach back that afternoon. We should have stayed the extra night and gone back the following... More

If it were not for my son, I would not stay here. Corporate hotel felt like one of those Mexico all inclusive hotels where they keep track of everything and it feels like they are watching you. I stayed two nights. Grounds, pool and bar were A-1. They fixed an early breakfast before leaving. Very nice. Ica is great site for its regional museum with "elongated skull exhibit and mummies", sand dune boarding at the oasis, and winery. Loved the quietness of Ica and Hotel Las Dunas.
