Wonderful hotel overall. The rooms might be a bit small, but honestly it all fits with the culture that this hotel is striving for. The people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast is matched by no other hotel I have gone to. It is a typical Peruvian breakfast; not skipping any of the detail. If...

The rooms are new, big and nice. The location is great. But... The special price they offer on booking.com comes with an awfully loud disco/club next door (until 4am). Very noisy!! And the pool can only be used for an additional cost. Staff is semi friendly... Franky from the reception is exceptional friendly!

Excellent location near the Plaza de Armas, near restaurants and shops. Good breakfast peruvian and international. The best coffee in town. Good service, possibility of laundry service. Efficient Wi Fi. During my stay (March-April 2016) the elevator was brand new and working. I was there for business, but I could see families enjoying the long weekends, with swimming pool and...

Great place for a short stay really close to the main square with kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet and also good wifi access. The only reason why i didnt marked with 5 stars is because the elevator was being fixed.

We had stayed in this hotel before, and besides the "bonzai" elevator we have had no complaints before. We decided to stay there for the week end with our two children, one youngster and one baby (with her carriage). This time we had to play sokoban in the elevator, in order to get the carriage to the 4th floor. We...

We stayed one night (Thanks God!) we chose this hotel because of the location and the WiFi availability (some other hotels don't have it). The room was OK, we did had hot water and cable, Wi-Fi signal and clean and comfortable beds. However the service was poor, we had a triple room and only 2 towels, we asked for an...

We had a very large group stay here. They were very accommodating. Not much to the rooms. We slept three in ours. Yes the city is loud you are in middle of the city. Bring earplugs. Beautiful courtyard. Relatively speaking. Remember this is the desert. Not bad though.

If you enjoy cold showers and sleepless nights then this is the place for you. Six people in our group, two of who are seniors. They placed us on the third floor and their elevator was out of service. When we requested a room change the said they couldn't accommodate us. The hotel was not at full capacity. At night...

This hotel boasts quite a number of rooms arranged around a central courtyard with a swimming pool and bar. The rooms are a decent size, all have en-suite bathrooms and are clean. As this hotel is only about a 2min walk from the Plaza de Armas, which is the centre of Ica, it can be very noisy, as you can...

The Hotel Sol de Ica is a nice hotel in the middle of Ica but since it is right in the city center (about 1 block from the Plaza de Armas) it is frequently noisy at all hours of the night. Many nights I heard car horns or music from the neighboring clubs on the same street. Besides this, the...
