Villa Jazmin is a beautifully located eco-hotel in Ica. The site on which it was built is surrounded by sand dunes and consequently the hotel offers marvelous views. We offer you 20 rooms, each of them with a very ample bathroom. Besides the fact that it is the perfect place to rest a little while and to enjoy the sun before moving on to Arequipa or Lima. Equally it is the ideal point from which to set out on a visit of the Nazca lines or the Ballestas Islands and the Paracas Reserve or for a visit of one of the many Peruvian vineyards. From Villa Jazmin you can also conveniently start out on an adventure through the desert in a sand buggy.

Hotel with well-kept facilities and attentive and charismatic staff, to each and every one of us our thanks from the reception, bellboys, laundry, restaurant, they made our stay very pleasant. The room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel provides you with anti-mosquitoes for the environment, towels for the pool, we didn't turn on the TV, I can't comment on that; The best is the water pressure in the services, you can take a shower with very good pressure and hot water, in addition to a cold operating bar and safe. We stayed in the triple rooms located on the first and second floor. The group was 6 and my suggestion would be to have the same or similar beds in both rooms, and the pillows very flat, there was a marked difference between the quality of the complimentary Pisco sour and the one you order a la carte.

This is the second time we have stayed here with my family. It is a very nice Hotel, the heated pool is the best. The food is very delicious, although some are expensive, like the desserts. The rooms are very comfortable, good lighting, but also black out. Modern bathrooms, There is a hair dryer. You can bring snacks or food, as long as you eat it in the room.

The beds are too soft and there was no fan in our room (there is air conditioning) but the facilities, in general, are very good and the breakfast was quite complete. The reception service is friendly. They have covered parking, which is very practical with the Ica sun.

The room was small, but the King bed was comfortable. Be aware the hotel is built up the side of a hill and there are a lot of steps to get to the rooms. Our room #49 a Royal Double was located at the highest point. The breakfast was poor and only scraps left in the last half an hour of the service. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the food which was a comparable price to the external restaurants. The closet mini market is approximately 1km away. Huacachina is approximately 9 kms away, and many of the tours will pick up at the hotel.

The hotel is very nice just a couple of things: 1.- The heated swimming pool is solar. So if there's no sun, it's not hot. We have to wait until 11am minimum so you can get in. 2.- The breakfast buffet is delicious but they have put the crockery on the tables so you use and reuse your crockery and get up with it to serve you again. There are people who do not know how to serve themselves without sticking their spoon or putting the used cup in the thermos. I hope you let me understand. Everything else fulfills its function and is very nice. The food is delicious.

We only went for lunch, it was average in my case the rice with seafood lacked flavor. The atmosphere is nice. The payment is not made in the same restaurant but you have to go to the hotel reception. The fee to use the pool S/50.00 seemed excessive to us, perhaps due to the fact that the water is temperate, however, keep in mind that it was a hot season. Or maybe they make it so that only guests have access to it, which is acceptable.

Super friendly staff whose English was great. Superbe service. 2 pools with lots of beach chairs to chill around. Room had plenty of space, enormous bed, great bathroom. Located in a private neighbourhood so you need to take a cab to go into Ica or Huacachina, but this makes it safe and quiet. Breakfast is delicious, as well as the dinner in the restaurant. Overall super nice hotel, thank you!

Beautiful hotel! Two pretty pools with niced beds in the shade or the sun. The hotel is really cleand and the service is lovely. We did not book a tour to the oasis yet and the front desk kindly helped us to book one. They booked a really good guide including taxi ride from the hotel and back to the hotel. You also get a nice welcome drink in the bar. The bar has a lot of nice drinks including good cocktails and they have big dishes in the evening but also nice finger food. There were big groups staying there as well, but we still got great service. The variety of the breakfast was good and the quality was good. I would advice everyone to go here!

Nice family hotel with a nice atmosphere. Two swimming pools surrounded by fine sunbeds. Rooms are neat and fully equipped. You get a voucher for a welcome drink, but there is no bottle of water in the room, nor the possibility to make coffee or tea. The bar and restaurant are fine. The hotel is pretty remote though.

Big rooms, swimming pool and good restaurant. A little bit on the mid higher end of prices but it’s worth it, overall very good stay. Many rooms with views to the pool. The breakfast was so so, and we had something outside instead. They charge a 10% taxes fee, stated on the booking.

Dear Cyra,
Sorry for the delay in our reply. We do organize social media contests on a regular basis but do never inform our winners about it calling them over the phone. Our last contest ended March 15 and the winner was duly informed about it on March 16.
As you said, it looks like you have been scammed by a third party, if you have more details about the person who called you (e.g. telephone number, name) we would appreciate it very much if you could send us this information in order to see if we can take any legal measures.
Kind regards
Hi
Sorry I don't remember about the hair dryers. However, they did have a room safe. I hadn't used one like it before. On the inside of the door there was a reset button. You are supposed to reset it before you enter your new number. I enjoyed that hotel and hope you enjoy it as well.
Hi We were picked up from Villa Jazmin taken to the port for the Ballestas Isl tour then picked up and taken to fly the Nazca lines. One day for both tours. It was a power packed day, not too taxing. May be worth your consideration. After the Nazca Lines we caught the bus back to Lima.
There are more places to choose from in the Ica area.
