So I have been meaning to write about Cuesta Serena for quite some time. But my computer was stolen recently so I have a lot of Trip Advising to catch up on. I'm used to travel a lot and Cuesta Serena is, by far, the best hotel I stayed!! The landscape is breathtaking, the place is stunning, so charming and was amazing waking up every day with the view of Cordillera Blanca from my room. It was a beautiful experience. The prime location, the view to the mountains, the fresh food and cuisine, the local people, the owners, the personal service, the facilities and the pizza place!! All together and the prime location is what an unexpected and sensational experience.

The hotel and the surrounding scenery are absolutely stunning! Mariana and the staff are incredibly friendly. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, you should definitely stay here. Excursions are readily available. The food is amazing and beautifully presented.

we spent 3 nights at this lovely boutique in April, 2016. we used it as a base for day hikes/trekking in the Cordillera Blanca range. The views of the Cordillera mountains are breathtaking as you wake in the morning. The gardens around the boutique hotel area ply amazing and exude a sense of calm.
