We needed a break from party hostels and booked a night here for a quieter nights sleep. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop terrace has a great view of the dunes. The staff are all really nice and accommodating and made our stay very welcome. The best part about this hostel is their food, it’s by far the best Huacachina has to offer. Would recommend.

Stayed here for one night while in route to other places in the country and its ok at best. When we arrived we did notice that it was much quieter than other hostels closer to the party scene. We wanted to be further away from the loud action as we hadnt slept much the previous days. At first glance its pretty welcoming with a cool bar at the entrance. Once we got into the room it was fine for a stay but nothing fancy. The fan didnt work so we had to ask for two more downstairs. This place does not have A/C so a fan is a must have. We were dissapointed with the outlets as only one worked in the entire room. As far as the shower is concerned there was almost no water pressure. Even on full blast it wasnt the best experience. If you are ok with just sleeping and not having ammenities at your fingertips this place will be just fine. If you are wanting more luxury do not stay here. Not bad for a hostel but it is just average so thats why it gets a 3 star rating

I was lucky I didn't get the triangle room. The bed was comfortable and the room is clean. The showers were hot. And they provide mosquito net around the bed. Good food. Party down the block at the Rover.

Look, for $24USD a night for a double room/private bathroom, this place is pretty good. When we got there there was some trouble with finding our reservation because the receptionist wasn’t there and the bartender was trying to figure it out. Other than that, the room was clean and there was a mosquito net that we didn’t use. The water pressure sucks and trickles out but they do have hot water. They store your luggage for free during the day if you have to check out and it was safe, all of our things were fine. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were pretty good. They have construction going on right now but it wasn’t that bothersome. The town is small and the location is good as it’s a 2 minute walk to the water and close to a ton of restaurants and convenience stores.

I had a nice stay here. Can't fault it for the price. It's no Hilton but the price is right, it's attached to a great restaurant. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, everything worked, nice wooden decor. The fan in the room was sometimes a little noisy but I have no other complaints so I think that's pretty reasonable. Much quieter than some of the other accommodation here, you can go to party in others, then return here to your quiet room.
