First of all, this is a hotel, NOT a hostel. I don't know how the listing came to call it a hostel. It has simple but clean accommodations, and for a town like Aguas Calientes It was surprisingly pleasant. Nice breakfast buffet too. The wifi was spotty but working. My only minor critique is that my room only had one...

Lovely hotel away from the noisy area so we had a great night's sleep which was welcome after doing the Inca Trail! Hot water in shower but it was a bit drippy, but again we were grateful for any kind of shower! Lovely comfy, large bed. Had a wake-up call from reception in the morning for our return visit to...

I really liked the hotel when I stayed there. They have a very nice lobby and restaurant, and views of the Urubamba river. When going with a group make sure you have organised everything, sometimes the communication between the reception and the administration of the hotel is incomplete. I've been here two times with groups. I would go back again.

Situated right on Urubamba River, the hotel provides natural water sound and fresh air through windows. Comfortable bed and clean hallways, and friendly service. Good breakfast starting very early so that you could catch bus to Machu Picchu.

We stayed overnight en route to Machu Picchu and the location was so beautiful! I loved seeing and hearing the river rushing by from our window and balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly. They loaned us umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast has a lot of yummy choices. It was a very short walk to the Machu...

We were booked in here as part of our Machu Picchu experience. Nice hotel with free WiFi. Some rooms have their own Balcombe that you can watch the sun come up from over the mountains. This hotel is down one end from the bus stop where you catch the buses up to Machu Picchu. The night we were there we...

Please note that this is not a hostel, but a hotel. I would never stay at a hostel with 2 small children in tow. On to the review: The staff here is extremely helpful and welcoming and I truly appreciate all the assistance they offered; all with a smile. They helped with a situation that had nothing to do with...

The hotel is very old school, but the staff was extremely professional. The breakfast offering was very good and the location is on the Urubamba River and very close the the busses taking you to Machu Picchu. A special shout out to Roberto at the hotel who made our trip seamless - you are a gem!

Average hotel but great breakfast. Avo at breakfast and omelettes to order. Lots of wifi options for free. Some rooms have little balconies. Can hear the river from most rooms - very nice. Very good service. We were in and out staying just one night.

The lobby was nice; breakfast which was included was good. Hotel room for 3 was a bit small, although all of the beds were doubles. Bathroom small and few outlets. Wifi worked fine. We were only there one night, but staff very helpful. They held our backpacks and transferred them to the train station for our designated train. That was...
