At reception was a young guy, who does not speak a word in English...I have to type in Google translator to ask questions. The room is OK with the view on a garbage. Toilette does not work. Internet very very poor. In total no services at all. Location is not bad but there are so many hotels around so I... More

No elevator and we were on the fourth floor. There were bugs on our bed and in our bathroom. No heat or air in the room as well. To top it off the next day after we visited Macchu Piccu we went back to get our luggage and could not find anyone to help us so we got our luggage... More

This place served our purpose - we needed a place to stay in Aguas Calientes between our two ruins visits. Though very noisy, we had been warned and were ready with ear plugs. No elevator may make it challenging for some, but this hotel is clean and welcoming and very centrally-located in the busy shopping/eating area.

Our room was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, very close to everything, no elevator maybe an issue, close to several restaurants. It was noisy those two nights we stayed there but it wasn't the fault of the management, it was just the fact that we stayed there during festival days in Agua Caliente.

Centrally located up many stairs on the Hill but most of the Hotels are. Clean, small and comfortable. A good place to stay if you want to be close to Macchu. Children play until late at night so noise can be in the air. Small Dining room. Buffet Breakfast.

Our room was simple but clean we were happy about it. Breakfast was also very simple but ok. The employees were very friendly if we got to see them. They did not pick us up at the trainstation, we had to call for them and the reception desk was often empty.

I stayed here for one night. They were very friendly, and I had a great stay. Internet was fast, although shut off in the middle of the night. My room was on the fourth floor, and with no elevator, that was a long way up there after climbing Machu Picchu all day. Room was perfectly fine, although I wish they... More

The Imperio Hotel was an unexpected surprise. We had to be separated from our group and we were sent from the Flowers Hotel up to see Gisela at the Imperio. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Even the towels were made into a dog with a lovely flower... More
