I found this hostel to be clean and cosy for the good price. I loved the fact that they had nice showers with hot water and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed a local cold beer at the bar and the breakfast buffet and coffee was good and the wifi worked :) the only thing I...

Supertramp is okay.. that's really the best word to describe it. Nothing is great enough to stand out, but nothing is awful, either. Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, but others were very slow and moody. The dorms have locker space (bring your own lock) and sheets are included, but the mattresses are clearly old and are...

Great staff really make this place (you two Colombians know who you are), they are very friendly and helpfully moved my other half to another room when she was feeling unwell. It has an excellent location, is well designed, and has a bar for socialising which is out of earshot of the rooms. Eggs for breakfast is a rare commodity,...

We were not staying at this hostel, as they were full when we asked for a room. However, they showed us a close by place to live which was great, and offered us to eat breakfast at their place for free! Very helpful staff!

We spend just 1 night there. The hostel's crew are the best, they know everything about the city and Machu Picchu and wont hesitate to help you. Really good cost/benefit. The restrooms could be better and the room could have a mirror.

The hostel is very near the trrain station and one don't have to walk up too much. At morning, the queue for the buses to Mach Picchu is at just 5 minutes walking. Staff are very helpful. Food in the hostel is good and there aremany options around it.

It's good location and super cheap for the location. Walk to the market . Little more walk to natural sauna up in the mountain. Good and helpful staff. They introduced a local tourist guide which was knowledgeable and helpful.
