The hotel is a little bit uphill (and according to Google Maps a few streets down). The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and we had a great view. In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. The food was okay but the space can have a bit more atmosphere.

This place had great reviews, so booked it. After having fantastic service in rest of Peru, this hotel is a big let down. Very poor service .. they charged me for an extra night when I was checking out a day before. The hotel didn't consider even after Expedia requesting them multiple times. The reception made me wait for an...

Dear Raj, We regret that your stay with us was not satisfactory but we are honest people so it's so unfair your comment. Your reservation was for two nights, and expedia have politics that cancellations or changes made after 72 hours (property’s local time) or no-shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid...

This hotel has beautiful views of the mountains and city, my husband and I enjoyed sitting by the window having an evening drink. The staff are above and beyond helpful, the woman at the front was kind and helpful and the restaurant staff were accommodating with their menu to suit a vegan meal. Breakfast was pretty basic for Peru, lots...

We had a very good stay at this hotel (we were in room 602): large bedroom with a good mountain view, good bathroom with a nice hot shower, good breakfast selection and good service (they offered to take our backpacks to the station for us in the evening). A few minor issues though: the room was a tiny bit noisy...

Pros: -Good location (close to everything) -Above average customer service -Great breakfast -Beautiful view of the town, river & mountains (we stayed on the 3rd floor) Cons: -The bathroom was terrible (turning the shower on for more than a 30 seconds meant the tub would fill up with water because the drain was completely clogged - it wouldn't drain for...

There's much to like about this hotel but having a corner room meant I had to contend with the boom-boom from the bar across the street which didn't end until after midnight. This was a challenge with a 5am start. On the positive side, the room was modern & clean, the reception & restaurant staff were very helpful, preparing a...

Reserved a suite to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was exactly as advertised. Bottled water, fruit basket, bathrobes for the hot tub and 2 free Pisco sours. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and the hotel is clean with an elevator. Located on the top of the town, it was quiet and had a nice open...

This is a great hotel in a good location. I found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. If you are expecting a luxury hotel like the Ritz or Marriott, do not go to Machu Picchu. This is exactly what I expected. At first, the lack of Internet in the rooms was disappointing, but that actually made me get out...

" The front desk staff named Irvin took good care of us. He did an extra mile by allowing us to use the room to freshen up after our climb at Wayna Picchu even if we were already checked out. The service was for a fee though but still it was appreciated. The takeaway breakfast fruits and sandwich was a...

The hotel was located in a nice area of Aguas Calientes. We had a large room (suite) which was very nice. It was disappointing that Internet access was only available in the lobby. The breakfast was very good along with the service.
