I traveled with a friend and we both got separate rooms. I lucked out and got a room facing the river with a double bed. I got to watch and hear the river all night. My friend got a room around the corner with two small twin beds and no view. I felt kinda bad because we paid the same... More

Out of all of the hotels that I stayed at during my three weeks in Peru, this was by far the worst experience that I had. Firstly, prior to arriving at the hotel in the weeks before leaving for Peru I attempted to contact the hotel on numerous occasions by both email and telephone without any response. I was actually... Jorge is great and his mother's homemade breakfast was very good. The only reason not giving it a 5-star rating was because of accoustics. A group of people also staying the night were placed in adjacent rooms and talked loud to each other from different rooms. Had I not brought along earplugs, I would not not have gotten any sleep.... We booked the triple room at the top of the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the trees and listened to the river flowing all night. Hot showers very good. The staff were very kind and helpful. We stored our luggage after checking out while we went to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was so big, that we were able to... More

We stayed here just one night (that was enough of overpriced, massively touristy Aguas Calientes for us!). The bed and nicely pressurized HOT shower were heavenly after our Salkantay trek :) Check-in was fine; thank you, Action Peru Treks guide, Hipolito...you rock! Exhausted as we were, we showered, took a nap in the heavenly bed, and went for dinner. We... More

We stayed here for one night only but our stay was good. The hotel has a good location. One of the staff was waiting for us at the train station to pick us up. The room was small but clean. We got breakfast before we left and lunch boxes for our trip.

5mins uphill walk from shuttle bus from Machu Picchu. Very convenient B&B, located in the central. 5mins walk to Train station. Beside the hotel, a great laundry service. 50soles/kg, Efficient & great service. Around the hotel, you can find spa, food...almost everything. Room very comfy, even though bathroom is tiny but very happy with the water pressure & temperature. The... More

We stayed at Terrazas Del Inca in May 16 for 2 nights. The Hotel is in central location and in walking distance to all restaurant, bus, train etc. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay until it came to the payment on the day of checkout. We booked via Hotels.com and I thought this would be a reliable... More

In all honesty, this place isn't a bad little B&B for the price and location. The rooms were on the small side, the accommodations were dated, and there is a strange open-air concept thing happening in the lobby, but the hotel itself was fine for a couple of nights in Machu Picchu. Cons- noise here TRAVELS! We had a second... More
