My friends and I were so disappointed with our hotel experience! I booked one single night in the hotel but needed to change it to 2 nights. I had spoken directly with the Owner, Carlos as well as emailed several times prior to us arriving. He confirmed that we would have 2 nights in Terrazas del Inca. I was worried...

Stayed two nights at this cozy hotel. Soledad met us at the train station after we called the hotel and didn't stop helping us and smiling during our stay. She was awesome! Had two delicious and hearty breakfasts and warm wonderful service throughout our stay. Try to get a room facing the stream. It's really worth it. We had the...

Stayed in room #201 for 2 nights this late January. This place exceeded our expectations. The location is in front of Rio Aguas Clientes, and the sound of the river outside our window was soporific and we loved it. It is a minute walk to the 'walking street' in town (Ave Pachacutec), where the ruckus was happening (restaurants, shops, bars)....

Excellent location for Machu Picchu Town travellers. It's close to the train station, bus pick up ( to go to Machu Picchu) and main plaza. The service during our stay was amazing. Soledad and all the front desk staff have all the information you need for your trip. The rooms are very nice, clean and well decorated. Handy optional services...

This was the absolute worst B&B that we stayed at during our trip to trip to Peru. I DO NOT recommend that you stay here - or if you do, be well aware of the short cuts the staff will take. My friend and I departed a day early because of the horrendous experience we had at this hotel. 2...

Very well managed, clean, friendly, and conveniently located B&B. Only 5 minutes from both the bus to Machu Picchu and also about 5 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, most especially Soledad who went out of her way each day to make sure we were comfortable. Good restaurants within 5 minutes walk and...

This hotel is central, and located alongside the river, so if the sound of rushing water sends you to the bathroom rather than lulling you to sleep, this might not be the place for you (thankfully I fall into the latter category). The lady at reception (Soledad, iirc) was superbly hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, there is always hot...

My husband and I stayed here while we visiting Machu Picchu in August 2015. It's location is great, right by the main square. Our room faced the water stream which was very nice and we had a good view of the bus stop stands so in the early morning of our treck to Machu Picchu we were able to see...
