Dinner and breakfast was horrible. The hotel rooms are run down and falling to pieces. We had no water and were then changed to another room at 9pm! Water was brown. Next morning at 5.30 again no water. Barely any guests. The whole place looks dirty and dingy. Towels are old and grey. whole place is depressing

I have known Palais Asmaa since 2009 and like the garden and pool area, but it is such a pity to let that hotel small together run down. Everything needs to be taken and refurbished: the rooms are large and beautiful but one always needs to get back to the reception: lights bulbs missing, phone not working, sink stuck, water running... The place needs lots of work. The paint is peeling; our sink plug did not work; the white towels were grey and had holes in them; the light over the sink was burnt out and there were only 2 hangers in the closet. The food was okay but the juice at breakfast tasted like it came from a can. WiFi... More

During a roundtrip we stayed there for one night. The garden area and the Rezeption are looking great. Typical maroccan architecture and a great garden with pool. The rooms have a lot of unused potential. The balcony which had a view to a lot of Palm trees was not clean so we did not use it but instead choose a... More

We spent one night in the hotel and it was disappointing. The room had old furnitures and didn't seem particularly clean. The wifi is working only on the ground floor, not in the rooms. The garden is big and beautiful, but too dirty. Dinner and breakfast really average, but still the place was not very clean.

The grounds are amazing, a big pool and masses of trees in a central courtyard. The buildings are super as well. The hotel has a nice bar and two good restaurants, as with the rest of Morocco, the staff are friendly and very efficient. The rooms are a little tired but so was I, all in all the hotel had... From outside it looks nice BUT.... The rooms are terrible. The furniture is broken, door hardly opened, all is dirty (dirty!), in the closet we found cloths of someone else, the sheets were stained, hardly warm water, the staff was not nice, and food was terrible. this place should NOT accommodate people.

The first impression of this hotel is that it is large and grand. But on entering the rooms which are extremely dated you find shabby decor, broken fittings and a lack of hot water. The restaurant was a visual nightmare, eastern kitsch meets your local Indian restaurant. The waiter had problems opening the wine, he could not fathom the mechanics... More

Oh yeah! It looks spectacular! Oriental looks, very nice swimming pool which I used even at 6 am. Good dinner and breakfast. Quite clean (with no impeccable exaggeration ;) Unfortunately, the air-con worked like a Boeing before taking off. Spacious rooms. lots of sofas, otomanas, nomad tent.

Very climatic hotel in oasis, fantastic view of thousands of palms from room balcony, very spacious bathroom, room not that specious but nice, comfortable beds, nice garden with a lot of places to sit or lay, traditional architecture, very Moroccan. Food good, average. No light in the bathroom in the morning. Waiters don’t speak basic English, they couldn’t understand when... More
