We enjoyed our stay at Maison Merzouga with Ali and his family very much, they are very nice and generous people and the atmosphere in the maison is very familiar and one can experience real moroccan hospitality. Ali‘s brother is also fluent in german. They all were very helpful and caring when my daughter fell sick. The place itself is... More

Great oasis, went to Merzouga twice, and choose Guest House Merzouga twice, it was a recommendation and it was a very good one! Dinner by the pool, the sunrise on the roof, the music, and the view of the dunes, it´s all good. I love it

We turned up at guesthouse Merzouga in a village just outside Merzouga in July and it was boiling. We were greeted with individual ice cold bottles of water as we walked through the front door! The hotel was quiet and beautiful, decorated with hundreds of lovely rugs over all the walls. It had a lovely courtyard garden and great pool... More

This was an outstanding place in Merzouga. We stayed as a family of 5 (Dad, kids and grandmom and grandpop) as part of a 3 night Marrakech - Fez desert tour. We stayed the night after our Camel trek into the desert. This guest house is very nice. It is constructed in traditional Moroccan architecture and is authentic. The pool... More

This guest house really is like an oasis in the middle of the desert. The building looks like nothing much on the outside but once you walk in, you are overwhelmed by the garden, decoration and the pool. Staff was very helpful and nice, food was delicious! Highly reccomended!

Ali and his family made us a warm welcome in Merzouga. Having a great desert trip in the surroundings, and sunset on a camel back are just a few examples. The great food and unlimited flowing Moroccan tea makes this an experience you want to repeat as soon as possible

Lahcen "Hassan" makes you feel at home in Merzouga. Great place for motorbikers touring Morocco. Hassan really makes the difference. Good food. The special Breakfast will give you energy for the rest of the day. Ah! Y te habla muy bien en castellano!! Muy recomendable para los motoristas.

The rooms and food at this guest house were great - but what really made our stay here special was the warm welcome by the family and staff. We stayed a night in the guest house and a night in the desert, and the guide that took us into the desert was excellent company - and taught me a few... More

Doesn't matter where you come from: you would be greeted in your own language! Ali and his family are excellent hosts and they will be able to organize anything you want to enjoy the nearby desert. Rooms are spacious and simple while the common areas are very pretty and give the proper atmosphere. We also spent one night in the... More

We stayed one night at the Merzouga Guest House as part of our package with Rough Tours. We are a family of 4 and were given a room with a large double bed and 2 single beds. We had more than enough space. There were other families staying here as well as couples without children. The room is clean and... More
