I really appreciated and loved maison Adrar. That place was a revelation. The atmosphere and aesthetic are unique, cosy and magical! Traditionally made and eco-friendly takes you back in time,I felt surrounded by beauty, dessert was always present and was so simply enjoying sunrising and sunsets by walking in the dunes.Totally relaxed. Moha and his people are so generous, respectful and make you feel like home. Thank you for this experience!

Lots of sand in the bed, bugs in the bathroom, no hot water for a shower in the morning for two consecutive days, The hotel is dirty, lacks maintenance Mosquitoes in the room, I asked for an electric mosquito mat, the staff just didn't care, Substandard breakfast,, Such a bad experience, I really have doubts about all the other positive reviews.

It was one of the most amazing experience we had in Morocco. Mohammed was so nice and caring! We got a great traditional dinner and breakfast there as well. The place is perfect. It is near dunes, you can see them from patio of this desert riad.

Moha had organized a 2 week desert trekking excursion for my travel buddy and myself and the last nights I stayed in his hotel. The place is very traditional in style, clean and cosy. The staff are very attentive, the food is great, they even took care of any "extra" wishes I had food wise. There are plenty of places inside and in the courtyard to hang out, talk with Moha or his staff, play with his daughters, it really felt like home! As mentioned in other references, the water pressure is not great, but at least the water was warm and the towels soft. From the rooftop terrace you have an awesome view of the big orange dunes and in the other direction it is just a short walk to the centre of Merzouga for restaurants, shops and the bus station.
