I spent one night in the "Camels House". Mohammed was a very attentive host. The room was large and friendly with a well working hot shower. Breakfast was excellent. I then went on a one night + one day desert tour organised through the hotel (just "booked" at breakfast). The one-hour camel ride to the camp was pleasant. The camp...

As Hassan puts it, we spent a night in a million star hotel. The staff were very kind and everything was perfectly organized to make our experience in the desert unforgettable. The food, location and the whole experience was wonderful! Totally recommend it!

I had heard mixed things about Merzouga, that it was a common tourist destination and might not be an authentic place to really experience Moroccan culture. Coming to Camel House and staying with these wonderful people was the best decision I could make. Super warm, welcoming and great hosts all around. I highly recommend doing their Desert tour as well....

We booked a camel trek into the dunes. Except the cold night, everything was excellent . Tea, food, atmosphere and the dunes at sunset and sunrise ... cannot be described in words. I warmly recommend Camels House !

Had a great time doing a night stay in the Desert with Camels House. Great food, beds were adequate, and good laughs around the camp fire. For the price we paid it was good value. All the tours are much the same, doing it through Camels House is a good option.

Great hospitality and good food! Had a fun night in the desert;) we rode the camels to the desert and had dinner there with fire and stars. The tour guides sang Moroccan songs with African drums. Both tour guides are both really nice! highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience riding over the sand dunes on well cared for camels. Mohamed and his assistant were friendly, jolly, and efficient and looked after us really well. The traditional (Berber?) camp was truly beautiful with rugs and wall hangings complete with clean comfortable beds and even a toilet! An excellent home cooked meal was served in the"dining tent" with...
