Pleasant stay - seems to be the best in the medina
Stayed for one night at Lina Ryad - which is quite centrally located in the medina of Chefchaouen. The old town itself is quite small, and comparatively has less choice of accommodations/ food vis a vis other larger cities in Morocco. In this context Lina Ryad is an excellent place to stay - clean spacious room, friendly staff, good value and location. The only slight negative is that the central atrium traps the noise - chattering during dinner times etc can be heard even from our second floor room.

Excellent Location in the Blue city
Getting to the Ryad requires waling up the hill (staff will greet you and take your luggage)l but it is an oasis in this unusual small but mystical city. It is the top accommodation available, The service was excellent and the breakfast and dinner was excellent, Several people in our group of 8 had spa treatments here and were very pleased, Our rooms were extremely nice with all the conveniences. This is a boutique hotel located in the middle of the Medina, and the rooms were accessed by stairs. Very pleased with our 2 night stay.

Beautiful Hotel
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is in the lovely old town. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff Are very helpful and willing to do what they can for you. Can be difficult to lug heaven luggage thru the Médina streets. I would certainly recommend this place.

Avoid the spa
It's not worth paying so much for so little. The only good thing is that the people that do the Hammam scrub are very polite and kind but the actual Hammam scrub that you get is Definitely not worth what you pay. Go somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel but hard to get to
This ryad is located in the heart of the Chefchaouen medina. That may sound romantic, but it's also difficult to find and requires either walking down many many steep steps or up quite a bit of winding paths. Once you find it, you're rewarded with a lovely hotel and delightful staff. But, beware of the steep medina paths if you have any trouble walking. This was not a good location for us.
