My husband and I stayed in the Ryad for one night and we were very pleased to see the great quality of this Ryad. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The balcony has a magic view of the city that we enjoyed during dinner and breakfast. The food was so delicious. The massage was very relaxing. The staff was very professional and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure !!
The riad is so beautiful, very well kept and the personal is extremely thoughtful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. A special shout out to the kitchen. Both breakfast and dinner, can’t even start describing how tasty it was!
The good: the breakfast was excellent and the location is great. We had dinner there one night and it was good. The bad: where to start? Any interaction with the front desk felt like you were imposing. The bathroom was incredibly small and dark (we were there with another couple and theirs was as bad as ours). Room safe did not work after several attempts, so we locked our stuff in the one in our friend's room. Room windows are very odd as you can see into the rooms of others if your curtains are open, and it was very dark with them closed. Maybe it is just Chefchaouen, but this place did not even come close to the other places we stayed at in Morocco.
Disappointing dark dingy dusty The room had no exterior light was grungy and needs updating The room was book last year but it first come basis The bathroom sink and shower was moldy Staff seemed nice Hard to access with luggage Pictures are deceiving it’s not luxurious
It's one of the high end ryads in Chefchaouen, with a price to match. We had an interior room with no windows that looked out into another interior room - when their drapes were open we could see in. Incredibly noisy the night we were there - you have to send a WhatsApp message if you need anything or have complaints. Others paying the same rate had rooftop rooms with their own patio! Seems it's on a first come basis which doesn't seem right. I had the worst hammam treatment EVER. At one point the therapist had disappeared, I was laying on the bed, opened my eyes to see her laying on the other bed chanting!! I honestly don't think you need to spend this much, it's nothing special and I'm sure there are other lovely properties. All ryads are located in the town, no traffic allowed and easy to navigate. The town is the attraction unless you have a car to venture into the countryside. It is a beautiful town and quite unique.…
It takes some stairs to get to this wonderful and welcoming Riad. But it is worth. The riad is well decorated and with nice floor tiles. The rooms are spacious and with windows to view from above the town from top of the hill. Hospitality was nice and welcoming. In the middle there is a beautiful pool that can be reserved for private use. Water are warmed during the winter and spring. Breakfast was very nice. Best place to stay in this lovely town.
We stayed here one night at the start of our visit to Morocco. Considering the town is pretty remote and rustic, I’d say this riad does very well. Rooms were a little rustic but had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We ate dinner and breakfast at the riad. Food was good and plentiful. All the staff were helpful and kind.
We stayed here for one night. The place is very nice and very conveniently located- very close to the square and the waterfall and many artisan shops. The router ms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very flavorful and freshly prepared. The swimming pool was very relaxing. Best part was the staff. Very friendly and caring. Not only they helped with the bags from the car park in the square to the rooms, but also provided very relaxing Hammam experience, wonderful room service - we had sumptuous dinner served in our room. We were celebrating wife’s birthday and they made it special by bringing in a dessert with candle. And they shone the most when I left behind a pouch with our passports- they called us and made arrangements to be delivered to us. I cannot thank you enough. 5 stars for the place and 7 stars for the service.…
Located on the hillside in the ‘blue city’ of Chefchaouen, Lina Riad offered great views from the rooftop garden, clean rooms with updated bathrooms, and is a close walk to everything! Friendly staff gave us helpful hints on how to navigate through the really fun, small city alleys and town square.
