We stayed here recently as a group on a tour. It was comfortable but the rooms were very basic. There was a swimming pool and although the day was very hot when we arrived the water in pool was chilly. Food was lovely and adequate breakfast. Staff were all very lovely and friendly.

There is really nothing wrong with this place. It is well maintained, beds were comfortable and spacious. This hotel has a pool. Food was good and more then enough. On a different side, they shut the lights off at 11, so if you like to stay outside late, you will be in the dark..very dark!!

So it's not a five store hotel. Is that the experience you're looking for while visiting Morocco? We wanted to Experience Morocco. A poor country whose people work hard and for centuries have learned to live from the earth. The Riad, gave us a glimpse of what it would be like to actually stay the night in Ait Ben Haddou. We felt safe, the beds were comfortable and we were able to wash the day off in our Wet Room style bathroom. The food was good and my six year old daughter enjoyed the pool. I'm only giving it a four star because the mosaic sink needed a good cleaning.

Great location, short walk to Kasbah. Our room had a huge bathtub with shower, but it was very slippery. The room had very poor internet, had to go to lobby to use. The lock on the door jammed and we could not get out of the room until we called for help through the window. Dinner was a typical set menu of tagine. Nice staff with limited English, good breakfast with hard boiled eggs and bread.

The riad itself wasn’t bad looking but our room was in pretty bad shape, toilet didn’t flush, shower head was broken spraying water all over entire bathroom, the screens on the windows all had huge holes so we dealt with lots of bugs at night. Pool was okay but kinda dirty. We stayed at 4 different riads over the course of our vacation and this one honestly was the worst. The location on the other hand was spot on. Right in the middle of the town close to all the sights. Overall I prob wouldn’t stay here again. Despite that we made the best of it. Maybe we just got a bad room but I would say look someplace else first.
