This inn perched atop a cliff at the side of the valley road is a place of traditional hospitality. We arrived so late and so hungry but they put together a lovely meal and with good grace. The next morning from the small balcony of our room we saw the palm groves and the deep red hills beyond the river.... More

The atmosphere in this auberge is wonderful and relaxed, the people are extremely nice and helpful and you just feel home very easily, even after 1 night. A picturesque place outside of Ait Ben Haddou, which is nicer than staying in the touristy area. Breakfast, dinner, wifi, rooftop terrace etc. are all absolutely fine or even great and whatever you... More

We arrived around 10.30pm after a long bus-drive from Merzouga to Ouarzarzate and with a taxi from Ouarzazate to the Hotel. Arriving in Ouarzazate we called the hotel as we didn't want to be fooled by the taxidrivers who asked too much for the ride to the hotel. The Auberge Ayouze help us via phone to get the taxi-prices down... More

My husband and I were planning on only passing through this town. We ended up staying two nights at this little hotel because we loved it so much. It is about a mile up the road from the main drag of hotels in Ait Benhaddou, so much quieter and off the beaten track. From the hotel, you can walk through... More

The guesthouse is nicely arranged with flowers, plants and European-Maroccan furnitures. It has two sunny terraces. The place is family owned and Abdul the owner is a friendly and relaxed person. It was nice to chat with him, but also with the staff. Three of the eight rooms have a south-east oriented balcony. From there you have a great view... More

We arrived around 9pm after a long drive but were very warmly welcomed and offered a choice of hot dinners despite being after food service hours. They were also very understand about us being late and they helped us find the place via phone and helped us with our bags and offered us tea as we waited for our dinner.... More

On our short trip to and through Morocco we didn't planned to stay at a certain place longer than one night - but after we arrived at the Auberge Ayouze, we decided very quickly to stay and rest for a little bit longer at this beautiful Auberge. And so the Auberge Ayouze was the only place then on our 10-days-trip,... More

We spend one night in this lovely hotel, close to ait ben haiddou. The place has nice rooms, a lovely terrace to enjoy the landscape and the food is really good, both the dinner and the breakfast. All the staff was very kind.

This was one of the hotels we did not book in advance. As it turns out, it was the best place we stayed on our 14 days trip in the Atlas Mountains and along the Essouira coastline. The room was cold in this time of year, but the fireplace in the lobby kept us warm all evening. The surroundings are... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this Auberge. The food was really good and Abdulragman and his family are really friendly. Abdulragman could tell us a lot about the history of the Berber people. In our room we had a private shower and a balcony where we had a nice view on the mountains.
