Our tour group spent the night in this Riad. While it had attractive public areas, the rooms were rather small and claustrophobic. While it had WiFi, it was rather weak. That evening I made several attempts to send a small picture to my family, but the send would not complete. Since I got it out the first thing in the...

Beautiful outside space to sit around the pool etc .I paid £100 for the night and I do not think the room was up to the mark. I was given a small claustrophobic room with no natural light of any sort; it's toilet was not working properly; mini bar was empty and wifi not working at all.

this riad is beautiful on the outside but rotten on the inside. i had a substantial amount of money stolen from my room. there are all kinds of other problems with this riad but this is, obviously, the most serious one. to make matters even worse, they basically accused me of lying about this problem. nobody knows anything; nobody assumes...

Torn between giving a 3 or 4 star. Place is drop dead gorgeous. New construction in old cBerber style. Layout of a ksar. Rooms in buildings surrounding patio, grouped mostly in pairs with a balcony/patio. Gorgeous views. On the downside rooms are small with very compact bathrooms. Shampoo, lotion and shower gel provided. Towels are rough. We traveled in spring...

Very nice accommodations in a great natural environment; rooms are rustic, but very well equipped. Food is not very good. Excellent service. Nice outdoors, spacious and very well maintained. Nice swimming pool.

Very large property, clean , well appointed theme throughout. Dinner was great but waiter was non helpful, unwillingness to be friendly......the buffet breakfasts were terrible! Choice was: toast, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, unpeeled fruit, sliced cheeses, two types of cereal, ...everything was minimal including the orange juice. The staff both at dinner and breakfast were extremely rude. No friendly...

A place designed to make you feel at home in a sense of community, it is expanding and going through refurbishments (it is low season currently), there are things to improve but I do believe that the management of this Ksar will turn it around and make it a beautiful magical place with all you may need for your stay....

We stopped for lunch at this charming hotel in the middle of historic Ait Ben Haddou, a few kilometers from Ouarzazate. The courtyard, where we had lunch, is lovely and the trees and pool provide a sense of calm and comfort. The food itself was fine but not outstanding. It's worth visiting for the setting though.

The room was cold when we arrived - 14° celcius!. it's not acceptable that at that prices the room is not warmed up before hand. in addition it was the smallest room of all Morocco's riads and hotels we stayed at. Buffet dinner was made mainly of cold average dishes and the dining roon was cold too. Same thing for...
