We stayed at Kapas Turtle Valley for 4 nights and would have happily stayed for weeks, it is just such a beautiful spot. The rooms which are located up the cliff face behind the beach are so nestled amongst the trees that you can barely see they're there when you're arriving by boat to the island. Everything is cooked by...

What can I say? This little paradise on Kapas island has its own private beach. 8 chalets build between the trees on the beach. A boat brings you from Marang to kapas turtle valley. If you want you will only encounter the people that are staying in this place. You can also visit the rest of the island If you...

The place is very silent, chilling, full of relaxation and peace. Activities to enjoy, jungle tracking, hiking, turtle valley, snorkeling, scuba, late night slow music. Palau Kapas must visited place.

Turtle Valley is a fantastically chilled out, relaxing place to stay when on Pulau Kapas. Sylvia is a fantastic host and even better cook, always making sure that you feel welcome and that you have everything you need. The staff (Chad, Guy and Marco) were all incredibly attentive and were always on hand at meal times and during the day....

The place is secluded and away from the rest of the island. Swimming has to be done early to catch the tide otherwise you have to battle the rocks and coral on the seabed. The accommodation is in stilted chalet. All nicely maintained except for anyone tall you'll sleep with your feet sticking out of the bed as the bed...

Found this gem of a place in Lonely Planet and booked well in advance (essential). So glad we came. It is a beautiful setting on a private beach surrounded by coral and teeming with fish. There are just 8 villas carved into side of the jungle. All nice and comfy. No air con but you can leave doors open and...

The rhythm of the waves on the white sand, the stylish romantic apartments, the perfect food from Sil, a flight bats dissolves in the evening sky. Everything here is so wonderful in balance. This is the way I would like to remember every day!

Who would have known, a 15 minute boat ride will take you to such a lovely getaway. This cosy resort is managed by Sylvia with the help of several very environmental conscious helpers from Europe and South America. There are only six chalets, so advance booking is necessary. All come with ensuite bathrooms. The accommodation is basic but with a...

Kapas was the last stop for our holidays and the 3rd island we visited. The place is perfectly integeated in the nature, very private and the cottages were easy but clean and with loveley details all over the place. The food was amazing we didn´t even think of eating somewhere else. It´s true what others wrote, there is not much...

The resort is relaxing away from other resort, thus giving us privacy and total relaxation. The owner sylvia is an excellent cook and food is simple yet delicious. The resort is not too big and not too small either, perfect for a getaway holiday and to destress.

“We stayed above the restaurant: two connected rooms with 2 bathrooms as well. You don' t hear any notice from the restaurant, you have great views and a large balcony and this is excellent for a family up to 6 persons.”

“If you stay in one of the two rooms on top of the restaurant (family room for 6) you will hear the noise from the restaurant in the evenings, especially if people stay in the restaurant a long time after dinner. It did not bother us though.”
