I loved this hotel for its great location being surrounded by cafes everywhere. Parking below the hotel is so safe and is free. Hotel staffs from reception to cafe are ever friendly. Room size is quite big, standard room has no views. However, I do not like the bathtub, is very inconvienent for elderly guests, the modern flat floor bathroom...

This one great hotel, shud stay amd its very quiet at nite. Parking might be a difficult to find at nite, if theres too many cars in d basement parking lot (free). Breakfast was nice, got a variety of selection. Good for kids n all. A pool is also available.

Stayed for 2 nights during the new year, as Miri is most convenient gateway from Brunei. On first day breakfast was hassle because of lot of crowd at restaurant. Could manage in better way. Few surprising facts for dishes like sausages dipped in hot water as well salami. Room was ok. Check in check out prompt.

this hotel situated near a mall. so it is very easy to find restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the hotel shares carpark with the mall, there is a special section for hotel guests at the basement. the hotel room was clean and equipped with basic amenities. buffet breakfast was ok....enough to fill in your tummy before u start your day....

Was here for the weekend and was packed with people as it is the festive season. My room was on the 3rd floor which may be inconvenient as you can hear the sounds from the nearby bar/disco club at night which seriously disturbs your sleeping time. Best to get higher floors if possible. The pool on the first floor is...

Firstly, a good hotel for a stopover and value for money in every sense. Variety of food and beverages served at breakfast, good hospitality and clean room. I can't complain except that sounds from nearby bar or disco outlet nearby at night disturb our resting mood. It's advisable to get uppermost room. Others are pretty ok. We had a pleasant...
