The peacefulness and beauty of the resort is somewhat ruined by the staff who make noise all hours, and are rude and unhelpful, especially the receptionist. The bed is like a rock and the room smells of sewerage. Definitely in need of an upgrade and for receptionist to learn

Good sized room and shower area. The hotel is in my option in dire need of modernisation and a good tidy up. The tap in the wash area moved, the kettle had a broke night cover. The pool area is clean and will supply you with a towel. The on site cafe should be missed if

Dear Lucyleak, Thanks for staying with us. We will take note of your comments for the breakfast. We are serving fried noodles, sausages, eggs, toast with butter and jam, pancake, fruits and coffee/tea and we believe that with the starting price of rm45 to Rm180 per room, it is justified but we will continue to improve ourselves. Once again thank you for your feedback. Johnny

We arrived here as part of a package tour and found the resort to be nice, though basic in its amenities. The setting was gorgeous, so close to the Orangutan rehabilitation centre and the sun bear rehab centre. There are boardwalks around the resort so that you are walking

Around RM300 to RM35. Beer is about RM10per can. Better to but in town before going to the resort. It is hotel price. Much cheaper in the city.

Dear Michelle, Thanks for your enquiry. It is definitely suitable for your 11 years old kid as we have many family with kids who stayed with us. Besides Sepilok orang utan Centre, there are bornean sunbear conservation Centre and Rainforest discovery Centre, all within walking distance to the resort. Further away is the proboscis monkey sanctuary, gomantong cave and kinabatangan River which you can arrange when you have arrived. Typically people stay here for 2 or 3 nights and 1 or 2 nights at the river which is highly recommended.
