Avoid this place at all cost! Room was dirty. Seems like no one stayed for a very long time. Check out immediately!

It's such a pity to see this place that has great potential but totally in a mess. Duta Hacienda is part of Palm Springs. The setback is you got to check-in at Palm Springs (near the guardhouse) and then drive to Duta Hacienda (it's about 2-3 minutes away only) but this is what the owners should have thought about in... even the location is a bit far from Teluk Kemang but the traffic is so clear not much jam. The room is in very good condition and very spasious but the surrounding really need a lot of improvement . . so many abandoned block which looks like spooky ghost town. The facilities (pools and cafe) are far away from the... More

First, the resort looks like about to run out of business, most of the building were abandoned. The room that i stay was quite far away from the lobby and the rest of the facilities, The surrounding were quiet and not so much guest around. At night, it's like a ghost resort, u hardly see people around there. Second, as... More

Spooky place, some buildings were abandoned. We were given standard room, 4th floor. Climb up the spooky and dark stairs. Room is huge and clean. No doubt. But only got 2 pieces of small soap, 2 towels, 2 mugs, a cattle. That's all. No coffee packets, no shampoo packets. No housekeeping (be very surprise!), no Astro (duh!) and tv signal... More

What's attractive about the place is the price. For the school holiday season, the price is very reasonable. However, having read the reviews beforehand, we had little expectations of the venue and facilities. The place did have the 'dead town' feel, with the abandoned caravans and empty parking lots. The pool and recreation area are quite far the rooms. However,... More

I share the same view that this so-called hotel is very inconvenient to all its facilities and services. Imagine, you don't have a phone to call to the receptionist and the whole area is like a death town. To go to the swimming pool or tennis court, you need to drive and this is really inconvenient. The pool are very... More
