Nice bungalows with a wonderful view on a terrific lagoon. The owners will show you around and you can go snorkeling or fishing. The food is excellent. Their speciality is crab. I enjoyed every minute.

Thank you very much Mischa for your message. We are glad you enjoyed the beauty of the site. Sainte Marie is a beautiful island. She offers so many diverse landscapes. There's also so much to do.... Good luck for your projects!

Family run hotel on the quieter east side of the island. Bungalows and the location is beautiful. The food is good with the right amount of choice for us. Things we liked: boat trips, views of the lagoon, the hammocks... What we would do different next time: more whales watching trips; we were reasonably lucky but another trip might have...

I am just back from a week in Nosy Boraha during Festival des Baleines. I stayed at Boraha Village and can highly recommend for the following reasons: 1. I went primarily for whale watching. Boraha Village is the only group that offers day long whale excursions (others offer excursions for a couple of hours). We spotted loads of whales and...

Thank you very much for all these compliments. It was a great pleasure to make you discover the beauty of Ste Marie. You were lucky with the whales. They were at the rendezvous. The next time, at a other season, Pascal will be very happy to take you to the Big Game Fishing. You still have so much to discover!!!!!...

I spent three days here at the end of a long trip around Madagascar, and it didn't disappoint! The bungalows are very comfortable and nicely decorated, and sipping cocktails at the end of the long pier in the evening sunshine felt like paradise. Pascal and Josiane are so lovely, they were very welcoming and really create a family atmosphere in...

Spent a wonderful time here. The boardwalk was a great place to soak up the sun and enjoy a few cocktails. Rooms were comfortable and clean. A little far out of you wanting to be closer to town or the airport, but we hired motor bikes which made it easier.

Hello, a big thank you for your comment. we are actually 4.5 km from the city and the track is not always passable but the view is worth the lagoon .... we will not forget your good mood , video and especially the evening flight over Ste Marie ULM , it was great ! Good travels to everyone and to...

This really is an island paradise - hidden away from the main, west coast of the island. The most fantastic food, views and service. Although transport around the island was a bit of a problem, we were able to hire a lovely old motobike at a reasonable price which suited us perfectly. We would go back in a flash!.

I have stayed 4 nights at Boraha Village for a holiday with my friend. I work as a volunteer with Mercy Ships currently docked in Madagascar and Boraha Village is one of the establishments that offers discounted package deals for our crew members. We chose it because we wanted to go somewhere nice but had to watch the budget too....

We spent four nights at Boraha Village and it is a beautiful, quiet hideaway on the east side of Ile Saint Marie (Nosy Boraha). The owners and staff are friendly (speak basic English - mostly French) and the food is good. Make sure you try their homemade rum marinated in various local flavors (vanilla, lychee, pineapple, ginger, etc.). A French...
