Our 3rd year in a row at Lions Bluff. We've camped at Cheetah campsite, stayed in the rooms at the main lodge and this year opted for between the two at Leopards Lair which is a sort of fixed mobile safari camp in a lovely location just down the hill. They have their own little kitchen which produces quite outstanding...

Lions Bluff Lodge gets better and better every time we visit. If it were possible, but somehow it is. It's the view; the best view ever. This time just after the rain, it was clear, the sun was setting and the light made it appear magical. The food was delicious; always fresh, always different. Our room, so exclusive, private, comfortable,...

The people, the view, the food and the animals made my millennium. The views are breathtaking, overlooking the the animals from the top of the bluff and with Kilimanjaro in the background. Anyone looking for an amazing escape, this is the place to come.

Such a wonderful time spent with lovely company. The views were great and the game was spectacular, spending a vast majority of the time game driving and bush walking. Just a really relax full couple of days.

The beauty of The Bluff and The LUMO community wildlife sanctuary is that we can offer you a different way to enjoy our wildlife, out of the car Bush Walking and Bush Breakfasts and the great night driving seeing the small nocturnal animals. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

We booked just one night which should have been two in hindsight! Most spectacular views of what looks like the whole of Africa from the lodge site. We arrived at lunch time and left the following day after breakfast but it seemed longer. We took a night game drive that would have been a lot better if the vehicle had...

We went back to Lions bluff for the third time and it was as amazing as ever! The increadible view, lovely rooms and delicious food make this lodge one of the best places I have ever stayed. There is a huge amount of wildlife, we saw lion cubs, leopard and so many elephant. I would highly recommend this lodge and...

If you want to spend a night in Savannah, this is the most suitable place to feel the real wild atmosphere. The lodge balcony offers an incredible panoramic view, a breathtaking sunset with Mount Kilimanjaro. Together with the breakfast in bushes surrounded by wild animals are the best ingredients for a memorable experience. But don't expect to sleep well :)

My family and Friends visited Lions Bluff over Christmas 2016 and stayed at Leopards Lair, the static tented part of the lodge. It was fabulous and Iain and his family and team made us feel very welcome. We were traveling with our 3 kids 12/10/and 8 and the image of their faces when we saw a mating pair of lions...

My partner and I, both lodge managers, stayed for two nights in early December. The views are truly breathtaking and we found all of the staff to be polite, pleasant and helpful. The wildlife, especially for the rainy season, was fantastic - elephants everywhere and big cats on every drive! Small things to take note of are that there are...

Geoff, we are so pleased that you enjoyed the magic of LUMO and The Bluff. This forgotten corner of the Tsavo ecosystem is always full of little surprises! With some folk not really understanding the limitations of solar we had to decide to restrict charging to the central area. Hopefully a better solution will soon be found! We look forward...

My family stayed at Lions Bluff for three nights in September 2016 and absolutely LOVED our experience here. Not only were the staff unbelievably welcoming and gracious, but the place was absolutely STUNNING. It is hard to imagine that there is a place in Kenya, or all of the world that is more breathtaking. If all you do here is...
